We loved staying here! Megan was extremely friendly and accommodating! We were there over Halloween and she left us lots of fun candy treats along with a refrigerator full of cold water bottles. We appreciated the extra thoughtfulness. Megan was easy to work with and super responsive! Hundred percent recommend! House is super cute and updated!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as pictured and described. The snacks provided were very thoughtful and appreciated. Huge backyard. Great location. Great communication.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nicole’s place! The house was clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor hangout area with the fireplace—it was so relaxing to sit by and unwind. The place was also very spacious, with plenty of beds for everyone and two bathrooms, which made everything convenient. The instructions provided on the whiteboard were clear and helpful, and we really appreciated that each room had a sticker with the WiFi username and password—such a thoughtful touch that made connecting our devices super easy! Parking was also a breeze, with a wide space that easily accommodated our vehicles. Plus, Nicole was very responsive and accommodating, answering all our questions promptly, which made our stay even smoother. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great place! Close to everything. We enjoyed being close to the park as it was more private and secluded. The back deck was a GREAT place to hangout. It let everyone be outdoors. Lauryn communicated well and had clear instructions. Check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet, comfortable & convenient. Sweet & friendly dogs were a plus. No better place to watch thunderstorms then the peace & quiet of being outside. Jodie was very accommodating to our late arrivals. Thank you again

This place was great for our busy weekend in CStat! We had the privilege of meeting Margaret and her husband who were so nice and super accommodating! They even gave us a tour of their chicken coop! We enjoyed the pets who came to visit and the ability to grill and have our daughter over for dinner.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. We had everything we needed and more. We celebrated our son’s graduation with friends and family. Everyone commented on how much fun they had here. We played pickle ball, swam, fished, relaxed by the fire in the evenings and more. We will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends. Thank you Kyle and David!

Devin’s place was great! The bed was really comfortable, and everything else was great! We were not there for very long during the day, bc we were watching our son play in a college golf tournament. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the space. We will definitely stay again, when we are in the area.

The 1st Down Casita was perfect for our needs. it was conveniently located to Texas A&M and Kyle Field. We loved the Aggie decor and the back yard with a fire pit.

Just 1/2 mile off Hwy 6 and you’re in the peaceful woods to relax. Many birds, Deer, and Honey Bees make the cabin a great place to stay. Close enough to College Station for anything you need or great restaurants. Spacious interior and huge porch to hang out on and enjoy the wildlife and surroundings. Richard and Denise were great hosts and communicated exceptionally well. Plus left cookies and Honey! This destination will be on my list for visits to the Navasota/College Station area.

Poco a Poco was amazing!!! This quaint cottage was perfect for me and my 2 Aggies to get some much needed rest during t.u. game weekend. Place was super clean, bed was super comfortable, just what we needed with much peace and quiet. Sylvia and Joe are amazing and I love how personable they are. Can't wait to get back here!

This place is a little peace on earth! We loved it felt like we were the only ones on the lake. This is our go to for sure from now on. Had everything we needed sitting by the fire every night was so nice at the end of a long hot day in the boat.

We absolutely LOVED this house!! It was cozy inside and we enjoyed relaxing out back so much! The backyard made it feel like we were out in the country, but yet the house was in a great location! We will definitely stay here again when visiting College Station!

This was a last minute booking. The place is so peaceful. The cabin is very well supplied if you wanted to cook on a long stay. There are other cabins around, but still makes you feel like it’s very private. Beds are great. It’s pet friendly and BEAUTIFUL!! We loved the decor and loved our stay. Would definitely stay again!!/

Taylor was a great host during this weekend. I had a group of 6 going to the Notre Dame vs Aggie’s football game and this was perfect location for us. The house had everything we needed and Taylor made it very easy for us. If I had a question, she responded immediately so I knew what to pack or not pack. Overall the weekend was great and to top it off Notre Dame won. I would definitely stay there for another football game weekend.

My family and I had a great time at Bella Vista! We spent most of our time outdoors going on walks, fishing, or relaxing near the awesome fire pit. The cabin is very cozy with the bedrooms being fairly close. As far as first impressions go we'll definitely be coming back!
