Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and Amazon Fire TV (Magenta TV). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

Läget är toppen om man vill utforska Östergötland. Stor trädgård med aktiviteter för barn. Nedervåning: Hall med förvaringsmöjlighet och trappa till övervåningen. Övervåning: Öppen planlösning med fullt utrustat kök, matplats, toalett med dusch, stort vardagsrum med dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa. En stege upp till sovloft där dubbelsäng finns.

Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. Norra Vätterns pärla

På en ås med utsikt över norra Vätterns vackra skärgård ligger vårt moderna, nybyggda fritidshus med stora sällskapsytor och en fantastisk takhöjd med fina ljusinsläpp. Här kan en lite större grupp/familj finna återhämtning med närhet till naturen men ändå är det bara 10 minuter med bilen till den vackra lilla staden Askersund. Tivedens nationalpark ligger nära liksom den långa sandstranden Harjebaden. Huset stod klart hösten 2018 och har alla bekvämligheter.

Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.
