It’s a cute little spot. Make sure you read the instructions about the TV, it will only work if you plug a computer into it. The kitchen was clean and the bed was comfy. It was quiet, which was nice too.

We really were there less than 12hours, but needed a quick over-night place near the hospital for our son's tonsil surgery. This is a great location for that. It was quiet, comfy and super clean. If we had had more time we could have walked the green belt along the river and enjoyed the deck, but we were truly there for a comfy bed. The check-in process was a little funky. You park on the main road and have to figure out how to get into the different doors and on the right floor to the rental. The photos on the checkin step by step were super helpful for this. Little bit of a process, but once you figure it out all was good.

Solid choice if you're looking for a place with a great location in Boise, the unit is exactly as described. It had all the essentials you needed for a comfortable stay. The check in was a little cumbersome, even though it said we could check in at 3pm, we didn't get the code until 3:30 however everything overall was great and for the price its comparable to any hotel in the area! Would stay here again!

The check in instructions seemed confusing but if you just follow exactly what is given to you it if fairly easy.

My time at the property was thoroughly enjoyable and appreciated. The property is ideally located with a serene atmosphere near the green belt. Just as described, simple space with good amenities. The host was welcoming, courteous and promptly addressed any inquiries we had during our visit.

Ive stayed here 4 nights :) its a very clean and newer hotel, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area needing a spot to stay

I had a great stay overall with a friend exploring Boise. It was well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and as pictured. Very centrally located, and I felt really safe. Walkable to stores/bars/restaurants. My biggest issue was the check-in and check-out process, which added at least 45 minutes to your process on each of check-in and check-out. If you are driving and needing parking, it is indeed available, but the parking pass/garage opener is up in the apartment, so you end up having to park in a temporary spot, locate a bike with a lockbox, go up to the apartment to grab the pass/opener, move your car to the designated spot, and then you can finally settle into the apartment. Lovely area to be staying when you’re in Boise! The communication was over the top with these host, they went above and beyond replying within 10-15 minutes even earlier whenever I had questions. The room was stocked up, and right by the river. Would definitely stay here again

This little cottage was cozy, clean, If we ever need to come to this area again we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here while visiting my daughter at Boise State. Super convenient location - about 10 minutes from campus. Was great to have such a cozy home to relax in and we had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. All instructions were super easy and I will definitely be staying here again.

This place was great for a guys' weekend. All was in good shape, with plenty of space for five grown men. The location is pretty close to downtown boise, so that made it easy to go out to eat at good places. The shower and bath in the master bedroom was particularly nice, as was the ping-pong table in the garage. Overall would recommend!

It was a good location. The neighbors were nice and very welcoming. There was pet hair covering the furniture so we covered with sheets. No big deal. We wished there was a King size bed in the master and the mattress was very hard. Plenty of space, and yummy complimentary snacks. Overall our family enjoyed our stay.

This home has every amenity you need to be comfortable for your stay. The location is perfect if you like to walk and be close to everything outside this home. We were visiting for our son’s College Graduation that took place during the time of our stay and it was perfect.

We always try to stay at Jessica’s townhouse when we are in Hidden Springs. Our son, his wife and our grandson live just down the street. The location is perfect for us and it is such a nice, well appointed property. We keep our fingers crossed each trip to the Boise area that it will be available for our dates. Thank you, Jessica.

This was exceptionally nice stay for me. Boise, the neighborhood, the atmosphere in the house, everything was perfect and inspiring. Lauren and Cassey are very friendly so I recommend this place to everyone.
