Cosy Coastal Cabin - nature views/beach nearby

It’s a pleasant alternative to central suburbia with ample bird life and a flurry of much-loved pets. It has an elevated, leafy outlook and you’ll love the sense of external space surrounding you. There are beautiful beaches and headland walks to explore nearby. It is not a farm & there can be some road noise in the day.

ECO CABIN WITH VIEWS & CREEK

Very private self contained cabin with fully equipped kitchen, full sized fridge, stainless steel gas oven and burners, beautiful private outdoor bathroom complete with claw foot bath and state of the art composting toilet is overlooking the rainforest. Solar power and hot water (gas booster for overcast periods) and a great pot belly stove for the cooler periods. Views to Sphinx Rock from the beautiful big verandah. Drive only 10 mins to the Border Ranges National Park and 20 mins to Nimbin.

Peaceful creek and ocean beach access. 200m walk to surf beach. 35 minutes from Tweed Rail Trail. This rail trail is accessible from Burringbar, Mooball or Murwillumbah which are all less than 35 minutes from Rene's Cottage. There are pelicans, herons, osprey and marine animals. Can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. Whale watching June >> November. All cooking equipment, bed linen and towels supplied. Kayaks and crab pots; no extra, but no pets. Check in time 2pm. Check out time is 10am.
