Our cottage is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children.The cottage is completely renovated , all new appliances, and mattresses. The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .

We are a family and dog friendly, affordable place to stay. This is our personal vacation home that we rent out to others as well! We love our home and hope that you will too. We have a flat, spacious front yard. A creek that flows on the side of the property. We had a large deck built to relax on. Across the way, you might see some wild turkeys, goats, deer, and even a bear! We are perfectly nestled in between Pigeon Forge & Knoxville. Best of both worlds.

Our cottage is light and airy. Nice kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher. It is on a quiet dead end street. Only 10 miles from the airport. Our cottage is located 1.2 mi from Ish Creek boat ramp. We are just up the road if you need anything. You are welcome to call or text. Our cottage is very close to 3 different public water areas. The first is just over a mile. Very relaxing area. Access to bedroom #3 may be restricted per # of guests.
