Close to Idaho State University, hospital, and has easy access to interstate. This studio has a separate, private, entrance and is easy to come and go with tons of natural light. Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4.
