Beautiful place with beautiful backyard. House has everything you need, very spacious, and the best part is its location. It’s at 10-20 minutes drive from all the attractions.

My travel partner took care of check in and transferring our belongings from car to rooms while I was elsewhere. The host family helped! The wooded path from parking to door was typical for a wooded path, that is, a little bumpy and unlighted for my arrival after dark.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this AirBnB. We have never seen a listing that was so well equipped--the hosts literally thought of everything. They were also very friendly and responsive. They even shoveled the walkway for us after it snowed the day before. All the games, the movie room, hot tub, fire pit and the beautiful location make this a top notch place to stay--highly recommend!

We stayed for a nearby wedding and the house was so beautiful and comfortable. We had a great stay and Ashley was very nice and accommodating to our schedule.

I would definitely stay again.

I loved the stay and how quiet on some days it was. downstairs neighbors was a little loud and something I didn’t like was the front door of the top apartment has an opening on the bottom which I covered with blanket at night. Also the shower head wasn’t the best and lastly the control of the heater /A/C was controlled by downstairs which was a bummer because I was cold a couple of nights. But over all everything else was great love the view of the mountains and everything is so close of a drive. Thank you for the hospitality blessings.

Wonderful stay in a peaceful neighborhood in Colorado Springs!

I stayed at this Airbnb for about three weeks and absolutely loved every minute of it! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure my stay was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere—it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with an even better host!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had and definitely one of the best trips we’ve ever had! The place was amazing and had so much attention to detail woven in. We loved the pictures on the walls, the amenities available, the amazing beds, and the TV room. Super cozy and amazing value.

The Airbnb was very clean and well kept the back door is a nice edition if you like fresh air. Very close to downtown and it was an overall great stay!

We loved our stay in Colorado Springs! The place was extremely clean, very spacious, and felt just like home. It was located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood where we felt completely safe — even parking our vehicle. Everything about the stay was comfortable and easy. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

This was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. It was my first time staying at a place that was not its own independent place, but I felt we had all the same privacy still. It was very cozy and well thought out, and everything we needed was there.

Great deal on a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The hot tub was perfect and we really enjoyed the privacy with the tent around it. Olga was a friendly host, we highly recommend her. Excellent hospitality!

This Airbnb was amazing! Jeff responded quickly and provided recommendations. It was lovely with full kitchen, dining table, living room and bedroom just as the photos showed. Property is far enough away from hustle and bustle of the city but close enough drive to all the main attractions. About 20-30 to Garden of the Gods, approx 10-15 min to some great local breweries and restaurants. We went to Lazy Dog for dinner which was delicious and bought some of their “TV dinners” for the next night. Pikes Peak brewing and Pinball Pub were a good time and not far from the Airbnb . Jeff has a hiking trail to a nearby creek, which was a fun way to enjoy a sunset or just a glass of wine on the deck. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Colorado Springs.

This was pir second stay at Shelley's place. We felt right at home. She was so gracious to open up her space to us in her off season. Visiting family in the area, this gave us a space to relax and to recharge. The space was just as we remembered. Convenient to sights, restaurants, and family. Shelley's place will always be our first choice when visiting Colorado Springs!

This is one of the best experiences at a airbnb I have ever had. I recommend you stay here if you haven’t. Debra was prompt and very helpful and made us feel right at home. I will be staying here again

Beautiful place less than 10 minutes drive from Garden of the Gods. My wife and I loved this one bed apartment. Donna is a wonderful host and was proactively asking us if we needed anything. With fully stocked kitchen you can cook at home or drive to any of the wonderful restaurants in Manitou Springs, Old Colorado city or Colorado Springs downtown. I have the place bookmarked and would definitely book again when I visit Colorado Springs again.

Fantastic stay, great hosts, great location close to down town. I stayed in CO springs previously at a different stay and was not excited with the surroundings and safety of my vehicle, the cleanliness of the home, Julie’s Place completely erased any bad notions of staying in CO springs. Great time thank you Julie and Brian.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. It was cozy and clean. Perfect location for the wedding we were attending a few miles away. Highly recommend!

We were one mom and two teenagers in town to do the zoo and wolf conservation center. We arrived late in the evening which Jacilyn accommodated with no issues whatsoever. Super simple to find and easy to get in. We slept well both nights. You can definitely hear feet (human & dog) from the floor above but it did not bother us one iota and also helped me relax a bit about my two teens occasionally being too loud. :) Everything was clean and easy to find/use. Kitty Kate was super sweet and did try her darndest to convince us to let her in (which one teen would have gleefully allowed had the host's instructions not explicitly not allowed.) I wish we had time to see the mini-donkeys but we did enjoy hearing them (and maybe some nearby horses too.) Location was convenient to get food and go to the zoo, etc. Because of our itinerary, knew we would not spend much time at the Air BnB so did not want to spend a ton of $$$. This was perfect for what we needed!

We loved our stay here! We were in the process of moving to the area and it was the perfect place to land while we scoped out the area and found a house. Rachael and Daron are super kind and helpful with great local recommendations and even lent us sleds for the kids to use when a huge snow storm came through! Also, the pellet stove was super cozy on the cold mornings. Overall, we had a 5 star experience and would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Location! Halfway between Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs, and walking distance to Garden of the Gods. The host was very friendly, the home was easy to find and access, and the shower was stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner which was extremely helpful! I would recommend a little sound machine if you are wanting “complete quiet” as this is the basement and you can hear the homeowners walk around a little bit. But it’s nothing major and they are very respectful of their guests! I would definitely recommend this for a stay as it was affordable, and the bed was very comfortable! Check out was easy as well.
