Three out of four original generations still make their home on this location which has transitioned from a full-time dairy farm to a host property. Acres on which to roam with your dog leash free (pet fee), a pond busy with birds & critters, incredible scenery, and delightful small towns along Hwy 93 await!

Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

A beautiful country setting with amazing sunsets and starlit nights. The guest house is spacious, comfy and cozy. Totally private with a lockbox for the key. A full size kitchen with all you need for cooking. Or if you want to eat out or have food delivered, Florence is only 7 minutes away offering a brewery, restaurant or pizza place. No need to pack in water, our private well has the best water! Turkeys and deer meander through. The property is on 2.3 acres and borders 25 acres.

Hannon House Westslope Suite

ON THE RIVER! 2 mi from Yellowstone Dutton Ranch. Hannon House is a homestead just steps from the Bitterroot River. Our Westslope Suite has a private entrance and is a one bedroom with king sized bed, luxury bath & an enclosed screened porch with couch, chairs & coffee table. Room includes a soaking tub, shower, smart tv, mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Large private deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ! Please note dogs MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES to protect our livestock.

Little Red Barn Studio Apartment

The Bitterroot Valley, Montana is known for its rich ranching history and is sandwiched between the Bitterroot and Sapphire mountains. The Valley is still full of horses, cattle, abundant wildlife, and hiking trails into the mountains - most of them bordering roaring creeks or rivers. The Little Red Barn studio is a modern farmhouse-style space where you can relax, enjoy the mountain views, and say hello to your neighbors (two horses and a donkey). Queen-sized bed, cozy couch, wifi TV!

Canyon Creek Studio Guest Suite

Intimate ridgetop studio suite centrally located 2 mi from Hamilton. Featuring Hot tub, indoor gas fireplace +outdoor firepit overlooking valley and mountain views set the relaxing mood. The small kitchen is well equipped and features a gas stovetop and convection microwave. Rural mountain ranch setting on a large secure property in a classically safe neighborhood at the end of a meandering driveway. The studio is completely and cleverly redesigned into a featured studio apartment.

ABC acres' Gate House - a Montana Nature Stay

ABC acres is a permaculture farm in the Bitterroot Valley of Western Montana. Sustainable food production, healthy living systems, and ecological design is what we are all about. Our chickens, goats, and newly buzzing honeybee populations are out on open pasture, eating, resting, pollinating and living the way nature intended. The Cottage at Farmstead Hollow

The Cottage is a sweet retreat in the foothills of the Bitterroot Mountains, 2 miles outside of Hamilton, Montana. We are a family of four living the good life on our small hobby farm. The Cottage is our vacation rental nestled into the center of our 5 acre property. Complete with it's own driveway and nicely fenced off from the rest of the busy goings on of the barnyard, it is separate from our space, but animal sights and sounds are sometimes a part of the experience.
