Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

my grandson and family were ones staying there and I know that as far as place was concerned it was as described. I know there were issues with the wifi but believe it was resolved.

We are so pleased that we discovered Nathan's listing page! The unit was exactly as described. Nathan was extremely responsive whenever we had a question. He provided comprehensive and easy to understand instructions for checking in and out. We know the area and selected this rental because it is within 20 - 30 minutes of everything we wanted and needed to do. Parking was SO easy. There is a courtyard that would be great to use once the weather warms up. Overall, the unit was quiet, clean, cozy, very pretty, and perfect for my husband and myself. It looks just like the pictures. We would definitely choose this rental again.

My boyfriend and I booked this space to unplug and relax. As a tax professional, this past tax season was quite stressful for me, and I was feeling burnt out. I’m really glad we chose this place; it was serene and tranquil. The host was responsive and even kindly allowed us a late check-out. I would definitely book this space again. Great place to stay. Very homey, felt very comfortable. Loved all the decor, beds were very comfortable. Very clean & lots of extras that are not usually included at some other places. I would gladly stay again. Karin responded to any questions promptly. Only thing that I would suggest is the shower, kind of complicated.. Thanks again Karin!

The best airbnb money can buy if you ever find yourself in Yale. CJ is responsive and informative, the unit is cozy (as advertised!), and the amenities are amazing!

We really enjoyed staying at Kevin's place. We were in Midland for an event at the Midland Center for the Arts, & it was so close, we could have walked there if it hadn't been 20 degrees! And it was perfect for us and another couple, we each had our own living area, & could easily communicate as needed. The house was beautifully decorated with lots of art & other interesting table pieces. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to the Midland area. Cozy and homey place to spend a night away! The hot tub is awesome and deer are abundant. Would definitely love to come back another weekend.

Spent a beautiful Christmas in the balcony suite. Had all the space and amenities of home. We were able to make an entire Christmas dinner as well as get a beautiful view of all the Christmas lights from our windows. Space was just as described and it could not have been more cozy with the winter season. Would happily stay here again any time!

This place was perfect for our visit to family in the area. The proximity to downtown meant that we could walk to coffee and breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the street was quiet. I hadn't noticed the hot tub in the listing, and it was a pleasant surprise. Dana was very helpful and communicated well. The shower temperature was challenging to get right - that was the only minor inconvenience. This is a comfortable place for one person or a couple. The kitchen is small but adequate for storing a few items and heating up a soup or loaf of bread.

I stayed for a long time on a business trip. The house is private and convenient. There is nothing lacking in living alone. It also has a very good cost-effectiveness. I was very happy to stay at Carmen's house. Carmen is kind and considerate. The only drawback was that the bedroom had strong sunlight, which wasn't a big problem for me. Thank you!

Had a comfortable stay.

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

Kristina is a very thoughtful, friendly and patient person. The house is clean and nice. When I was living there, I felt I was home. Highly recommend!

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.
