We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment was very modern and very clean. Pillows are comfortable and bed as well. Supermarket downstairs. Close to city but still quiet area. Would recommend. The host was very nice too.

숙소는 너무 깨끗합니다. 개미도 없습다. 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 위치도 너무 좋습니다. 그리고 밤11시에 작은 어려움이 생겼는데, 호스트가 직접 와서 도와줬습니다. 의사소통에서도 너무 좋았습니다. 정말 추천합니다!!!

Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

May is incredibly supportive! The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and surrounded by great restaurants. What matters most to me when staying in a new place is whether I can sleep well, and this room made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in HCM!

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

Friendly, kind owners that were always quick to respond and recommended a great place to hire a scooter. Place is great and has a beautiful view of the city. Had no problems with TV, air con or wifi and I stayed there for 3 months.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Mai’s place is just like 1 of those hidden gem that you hardly see these days anymore. Amazing place to stay and I am very sure that she put in 1000% effort in decorating and designing the place.

Nice location outside of the city hustle and bustle. Very modern clean suite close to a great grocery store and restaurants. Our host was helpful and very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. WOW! this place is much nicer than I expected it. This is like 5 star hotel, I was pretty impressed when I first walked into the apartment. I had been staying at many places in Ho Chi Minh City and this is my favorite Airbnb. if you want to impress your friends or family when you book the Airbnb, this is the place.

Le is friendly and helpful and was always quick to respond. Apartment is on 24th floor, facing NNE. View from the window is towards the river and a bit towards the opposite building. Courtyards are very green and area is quite. Mall with a supermarket is 5min walk and park with ride and such is 10min walk. Multiple convenience stores around, pharmacies, print shop - you don't really need to leave the area for almost anything. As of Jan'25 townhouse part of the area is mostly uninhabited and make for a quite and nice place to walk/run. There is a construction site nearby but it wasn't loud or bothersome even with open windows (I'm noise sensitive). There are a couple of gyms in the walking distance; pull-up bar and a pair of dumbbells in the apartment was very convenient too. Bike ride to the center of HCMC takes about 40min. To the airport during rush hour closer to 1.5h.

I chose this location due to its price compared to other places in District 1 and I have no regrets. The whole apartment and facilities were of top quality. The location is a little further from district 1 but it’s worth the quiet and peace u get out of it. The customer service from Sua and the team was really good and they kept on checking if I needed anything. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to HCM.

It was a good stay at Kate's place. Apt was spacious and clean, to D1 is about 10min by motorbike. Grocery store at the basement is convenient. It's about 40 min from airport, depending on traffic. My family like the rooftop pool access from the building. I've stayed in other abnb in this building before and would return.
