Lovely space - about a 30 minute walk from Saigon Square

Loved our stay at Marky’s place! The location is perfect, market right outside and plentiful of food choices, airport is about 10 minutes away and district 1 is also close by. Marky was easy to communicate and helpful, Highly recommend and we would definitely come back again!

Amazing place, modern, exactly as described

I stayed 5nights at Room 303 at Dexus building. It’s strategically located in the bustling city of HCM district 1, where the cafes, restaurants, shops and Ben Thanh market is just walkable. The building is quite new and modern too! our room is spacious compared to a standard size of the hotel room, and the kitchenette comes in handy after staying a week in the hotel. Manuka-the host handles professionally in communication and efficiently handling my request on time.

Myself and 3 friends stayed here in all 4 rooms. Amazing location; comfortable and exceeded our expectations. What elevates this place from great to fantastic is the host; prompt, considerate, genuine and helpful. I have used Airbnb for 10+ years, and Du is the best host, hands down! Highly recommended.

Host Thao was super friendly and responsive. She let us keep our luggage both before check-in and after checkout, which was really helpful. The washing machine with dryer made things so convenient for our trip. Our kid loved the place! Plus, there’s a fruit juice cart and a small grocery store right outside.very handy!

This apartment was beautiful and clean, would stay here again if I came back to Ho Chi Minh.

Loved the room and how easy it was to get everywhere! Although a bit tiny, but that’s not an issue considering it right near to all the hot spots in the city. Our host was responsive and also helped us with local recommendations!

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Loved staying at this airbnb, it was perfect for a long stay with family. The bed & sofabed were very toddler friendly too. There were also a few cafes and minimarkets on the lobby which was a plus. Yoyo & Lala were very responsive on the questions we had. Thanks a lot for hosting us 😊
