Welcome to our home away from home! My husband and I have poured a lot of love into this place so that it can be somewhere that is welcoming for all. We value peace, tranquility and comfort and have a deep sense of connection to the beach and ocean. All year round, Bethany is a special place with great food and great people. We are an easy bike ride, walk or short 1 mile drive to the beach and about 15 minutes from Rehoboth, Dewey and Ocean City. We look forward to welcoming you to our home!

This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome has views of the golf course and is in the beachside sanctuary of Salt Pond in Bethany Beach. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball and basketball courts. Enjoy the newly renovated first-floor primary ensuite bedroom, while your guests find solace in the two additional bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. Also, on a first floor is a half bath, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch and patio.

The condo is also just minutes from Junction & Breakwater Trail, Georgetown Lewes Trail and Cape Henlopen State Park... perfect for walks and biking. Love shopping? There are 3 Tanger Outlets and an abundance of other stores. Explore endless dining options in downtown Rehoboth Beach, Lewes and all along Coastal Highway.

Our quiet ocean front studio has all the comforts of home with amazing views, a balcony hovering over a serene stretch of the Boardwalk, and is just steps away from restaurants, shops, arcades, rides and all of the best boardwalk foods! Walkable to everywhere in town! If you want to venture out further, a bike rental shop is just a few doors away! Enjoy a bike ride through town or to Dewey Beach. If you are looking for a scenic ride, enjoy the bike trails to Cape Henlopen State Park and Lewes.

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, electric blanket, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard is shared with other guests and has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY.

Unit 6302 at Bethany Bay is a 2 BR, 2 Bath, ground floor unit with panoramic views of the waterways and Indian River Bay. Sleeps 4. Free parking. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fireplace, community outdoor pool, jogging/hiking path, 9 hole golf course. NON-SMOKING UNIT. Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $200.

A convenient central location between Rehoboth/Dewey and Lewes Beaches. You can walk to the neighborhood pool (available Memorial Day- Labor Day). Stylish, clean and comfortable, our house is an entertainer's dream. A huge 11 ft island and open concept living space is perfect for gatherings. Each bedroom is curated for comfort. The peaceful, private back deck is perfect to layout. We go above and beyond to ensure the best experience for our guests.
