New built apartment (approx. 60 sqm) with separate entrance at the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 separate beds, one room with fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, baking oven) and one large bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, laundry dryer. Max. capacity 4 adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

Küche mit Essplatz für 2 Pers., ca. 20 qm Schlafzimmer mit Schrank, Tisch, Stühle, Fernseher. Bad mit großer Sauna, Benutzung kostenpfl. (5 €). Bei Bedarf kann auch kostenpfl. gewaschen werden. Regional- und S-Bahn in 10 Gehmin. (9 Min. Fahrt zum Potsdamer Platz), Bus in 3 Min. Entf., Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig (Lidl, Aldi, REWE, Rossmann, C&A, Bioladen, Wochenmarkt).

Saunahaus mit Swimmingpool

In dieser grünen, ruhigen Lage sind Sie trotzdem nur 10min mit dem Auto oder 25min mit dem Fahrrad vom westlichen Centrum Berlins Schloss Charlottenburg und 7min vom U-Bahnhof Siemensdamm entfernt. Unsere Fahrräder stehen Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Häuschen hat ein Doppelbett. Man kann ein zweites Doppelbett einrichten, aber hat dann weniger Platz im Raum. Die Sauna und der Swimmingpool kann mit Absprache für die eigene Entspannung benutzt werden. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.
