Rust en Vrede Stone Cottages

Rust en Vrede means rest and peace in Afrikaans which describes the experience of staying in these these two stone cottages. They are 20m apart and are ONLY offered as a pair, and have exclusive use of a rock pool. Each cottage has two 3/4 beds, bathroom, kitchenette and patio. The pair of cottages accommodate a MAX of 4 people in TOTAL in a private setting, with expansive views. These new cottages are in the same format as the other four on the farm which have received hundreds of 5* reviews.

Hunter House - Self Catering in Cederberg

The Hunter House is a private holiday home in the Cederberg that is surrounded by blossoms, flowers and Namaqualand daisies in the spring. Summer brings the sound of the sun beetles and fresh peaches next to your holiday home. The river on your doorstep so if you don't swim in it during the summer, you can see how it grows in the winter next to a fireplace as you hear it roar. Winter brings the snow on the beautiful hiking mountains. Guest farm campsite at main river. No Wifi. No towels.

KORF Eco Cabin

Our goal is to have you as close to nature as possible, while having luxury to enjoy the experience. We offer a 2 bedroom container cabin and one large bathroom overlooking fynbos nature. The lounge area connected to a small kitchen extends over a deck that's equipped with a covered braai and dinning area. The main deck extend to the woodfire hot-tub and a deck-hammock to make sure you engage with the stars. A high profile / high clearance vehicle is required - (SUV / Crossover / Bakkie).

Welcome to Weavers Cottage, set among the citrus overlooking the valley. A 12 minute walk takes you to a quiet waterfall and natural swimming spots. Guests spend their days hiking, swimming, bouldering, or simply enjoying the stillness. The patio is a peaceful place to unwind, and you will often see ponies & peacocks wandering past. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nieuwedrift Accommodation, Cottage 2 - Chardonnay has a air-conditioned main bedroom with a queen-size bed and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and an air conditioner. Both rooms are equipped with Egyptian linen. There is a second full bathroom fitted with a shower. The kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. The lounge features a fireplace , and a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi.

Secluded Off-Grid Mountain Cottage

Private stand-alone cottage on a beautiful farm 1.5 hours north of Cape town and 30-40 minutes from Elands Bay. This is a very simple, off-grid, self-catering cottage with beautiful mountain views, a dam to swim in and hiking access to the entire 2000 hectare farm. The farm has established hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding on request and established sport and trad rock climbing routes. The cottage has two fireplaces, a gas stove, fridge, a gas geyser and solar power.

The house in Lalaland

You’ll love my place because it is on top of a mountain where you are surrounded by fruit orchids and mountains. Also, loadshedding does not affect us as we are on solar. We are only 160km from Cape town. We live right next door but do not mind a good party, all within limits of course! The dam is a short walk away where you are welcome to use the two paddle boards and canoe. The house can keep you entertained with pool table, boardgames, books, WIFI and ping pong table.

The cottage is ideal for those seeking relaxation and privacy. We are newly solar-powered and have solar geysers therefore loadshedding friendly. There are numerous activities including fynbos walks, trail running, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, bouldering and adventure biking.
