Living room has a fold out couch that sleeps two. This is half of a duplex and is very quiet. This is three miles from the Bozeman airport. It is 45 minutes from Big Sky Ski area, 25 minutes from the Bridger Ski area, and about 90 miles to Yellowstone National Park. Paradise Valley and Chico Hot Springs are close NO SMOKING!!

This barn is well insulated with spray foam insulation, has water baseboard heat and A/C There is a mud room at entrance, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and full kitchen. Upstairs bedroom is a open loft area looking over living room with mountain views. Less than 10 min from downtown Bozeman, 5 min to airport. If you are renting a car we now have cars for rent. Park in the garage so you don’t have to deal with the ever changing Montana Weather Come relax and enjoy. We do have a camera on the garage outside so we can tell when you leave in order to get cleaners in.
