I had a wonderful stay at this place, The place itself was lovely, but what really made the experience special was the host. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I accidentally missed the check-out instructions and ended up leaving an hour late, but she was so understanding and helpful, which I truly appreciated. It’s not always easy to find hosts who are as thoughtful and considerate as she is. If you’re looking for a place with a warm atmosphere and a host who genuinely cares, I can’t recommend this spot enough. Thank you for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable!

Although Sam's place was compact, it was tidy and well-decorated. It also offered great range of useful cutlery, kitchen appliances and amenities. There weren't many to do in the area, as it was in the center of the city, yet the place provided clean gym, pool and jacuzzi to enjoy. Sam himself was very responsive and particularly clear with his instructions. Overall, my stay at Sam's place was comfy and worth the rate.

The place is in strategic location and accessible to lots of places. near tebet eco park if you like to jog around and plenty street foods and restaurants around and convenience store right in the ground level. It is close to many public transport (brt, lrt, and krl), so exploring the rest of Jakarta should be easy. Another thing that stands out is that the property is not in a quiet place. It is located next to a major road and highway, so you will hear traffic noise, even in the night (well, Jakarta never sleeps). If you are a heavy sleeper (like me) and can use the traffic as "white noise", then this place should be a good deal!

The place is located in strategic location and easy to find. The facilities provided are very complete and comfortable for a family stay. David also responsive and warm. Highly recommended!

Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️

We had a good stay. It was everything we expected. As one review mentioned, the many-laned road next to the building is loud, even on the 23rd floor, but we expected it. The pool was the best we saw in Indonesia during our stay - big enough to swim laps and when we went no one was there.

Everything went well, Nando was very friendly and helped either everything! His apartment was nice and clean, the view from balcony was also nice(even I am afraid of heights). I can only recommend the host anf his apartment! all the best, regards Lukas :)

Nice place, but I felt it was smaller than the photos made it seem. Wouldn’t stay again as there are better places for the price in Jakarta I feel, but enjoyed my stay.

Before being a host, it matters most to be human — and Ms. Diane truly embodies that. I stayed here with my wife and children, and we had many bags. Her staff warmly received us and kindly helped carry our luggage to the apartment. Throughout our stay, Ms. Diane was always responsive and went out of her way to assist us, especially since I don’t speak Indonesian. Her kindness made everything easier. If I return to Jakarta, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to stay in this apartment again. Thank you so much for everything — we truly enjoyed our time here. And your staff member was especially kind, with a sincere and welcoming smile.
