The owners are very nice. The view is spectacular. Their restaurant was very good and the beer is cold!!!! Easy walk to the West End. I will definitely will be back every year.

Land’s End is an incredible place in a beautiful location in one of the best communities in Roatan: the West End. The team at Land’s End were very responsive and excellent when it came to communication. The staff were wonderful and easy to talk to and get to know. The space is absolutely gorgeous and the amenities were spectacular. It made it easy to treat myself, unwind and relax. I’ll absolutely be recommending Land’s End to others.

Absolutely amazing place. The bungalow was spacious and with a fridge. The beds and towels were super comfortable! The restaurant served delicious breakfast and we had dinner there twice where ww had huge lobsters for 25 USD. The most beautiful view of the patio and fair bar prices. The location was perfect too. 25 meters from West Bay beach with more restaurants and bars and grocery shop. Everything was in walking distance. You can even walk by the West End town. The staff was super sweet and helpful and the other guests very kind and open minded. We will definitely come back!

This property was outstanding!! Loved how close it was to the beach and pool. Outside verandas we’re huge with great seating and views of the ocean!! Kitchens have plenty of space. Bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of storage! I’d definitely love to come back! Thanks Van!

Look no further, this is an amazing condo, with top notch location! Van, your host, went over the top from answering any questions and giving great recommendations! 3rd time in Roa, first time at IB, with my 3 children, 12,12,14yrs old. Checked in, they knew my name, as soon as we entered the lobby and greeting us with such kindness! (I may have blushed with that kind of service 😊). And that service remained our entire stay! Restaurants are walking distance if you don’t want to go far. Snorkeling was AWESOME! String rays, nurse shark, octopus, puffers, slipper lobsters, king crab to name a few, TEN STEPS AWAY! Highly recommended night snorkeling! This beautiful condo is ideal for families and couples. A ton of space, very clean, w/laundry! Balcony was a huge L shape with comfortable seating and plenty of shade, if needed. There is also a TON of storage. Always hot water & water pressure was good. I absolutely loved our stay in West Bay, and a fun water taxi to West End!

We had a family room on the third floor with a great view of the ocean, and the dock where the pool was. There was a table and chairs to sit outside the room and relax if we wanted to. The room itself had plenty of room, but the surroundings and the people made it a wonderful stay. The front desk helped us with any excursions we needed and with renting a golf cart which I would recommend. Someone came in and cleaned up each day. The breakfast every morning was delicious. It was a really nice place to be.

Kendall is an amazing host, he is there to answer any questions you may have and makes a nice breakfast in the morning that is included. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The view is nice and relaxing. Very nice and quiet area that is close to both ferry and airport. Central located to get anywhere on the island. I recomend staying here anytime.

habitación muy cómoda, sus camas y ropa de cama muy nítidas y confortables, al igual que sus instalaciones. me encantó la piscina ee agua salada.

We have a fab stay, the room was perfect, very clean and we actually slept the best of the whole trip. We had a lovely baloney to chill on and so nice to swim directly from the deck but I would make sure you have a float to the boats can see you. The staff were really lovely, super helpful and friendly we ended up extending our stay for 2 more nights as the location was great for diving and 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants.

La cabaña muy bonita la locación y el personal muy amable. Detalle es que tienes que buscar otra parte de playa para bañar en el mar porque esta zona al parecer está muy sucio y es difícil ingresar al mar.
