On the cusp of East End and Downtown, it’s walkable to major amenities, trails, and 9 mins to the airport. I'm nearby, responsive, and happy to help with anything you need. As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. The bathroom consists of a shower, sink with a medium front mirror, and toilet. Shampoo and body wash are included.
