Başakşehir: aluguel por temporada com acesso a lago

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!

L'appartamento si trova in posizione centrale, molto comodo per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche. ll check in è stato estremamente semplice e l'host sempre pronto a rispondere ai nostri messaggi e a fornire informazioni. Abbiamo chiesto di poterci fermare un'ora in più per non arrivare troppo presto in aeroporto e ci è stato concesso. L'host ci ha anche organizzato il transfer da e per l'aeroporto con una macchina con autista. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo

It was amazing. The room was tidy and clean, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is lively during the day, but quiet and safe at night. Bulut, the host was very nice, friendly and helpful. He answered really fast, gave us tips, when we were on the terrace, he always gave us food and drinks, and when an earthquake happened, he took care of us and made sure we were okay. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, both the room and Bulut (and his parents) are amazing, we highly recommend staying here.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Das Apartment entspricht genau den Bildern – modern eingerichtet und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Bosporus. Durch die großen Fensterfronten fühlt es sich an, als würde man im Wintergarten schlafen – wirklich besonders! Alles war wie beschrieben vorhanden, und Harun war super hilfsbereit, als ich den Schirm auf der Terrasse nicht selbst zusammenbekommen habe. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Was man nicht unterschätzen sollte: Der Aufstieg über die vielen Treppen zur Unterkunft. Am besten bringt man einen Rucksack mit – oder ein bisschen Kondition. Nach ein paar Tagen gewöhnt man sich aber daran, und der Ausblick macht wirklich alles wieder wett! Insgesamt aber eine tolle Unterkunft mit großartigem Ausblick – ich komme gerne wieder!

First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Janet and her mother for everything. Her mother guided us through the villa with great clarity, ensuring we felt welcome and well-informed. Everything was perfect—the rooms were beautifully designed, the bathroom was luxurious, and the swimming pool was ideal even in winter. We stayed as a family group, and those two days became truly unforgettable moments in our lives. We were beyond happy and amazed by the experience. Our stay from February 4-6 was exceptionally well-prepared, with every detail thoughtfully arranged—from the cozy fireplace and ample firewood to the constant supply of hot water and the villa’s warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this villa to any group travelers looking for a perfect getaway. Without a doubt, I will book the same villa again in the near future. Thank you, Janet and your wonderful mother!

The view of the Bosporus is unbeatable although you have to climb up 4 five flights of stairs. But it’s really worth it. The condo is very cozy and spotless. Within radius of 10 minutes walking distance you can reach tons of restaurants. If you wanna go to blue mosque or Sophia, it takes 5-6 minutes to reach the T1 tram station. The caveat is you have to gown down a steep trail. On the way back it might be a bit laborious

The appartement of Erkan had caught my eye before, and when making the final decision something told me to book with Erkan. The appartement is exquisite, it looks better then the images! The house has a lovely energy and Balat is a very upbeat cozy neighbourhood full of color! It almost felt like a vacation in a vacation. Erkan sent me a guide of Balat with his selection of restaurants etc. He was friendly and very accommodating. Would recommend 10/10!
