Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Istanbul zu entdecken. Das Zimmer ist sauber, nett eingerichtet ohne Schnickschnack, aber mit allem was man braucht. Toll der eigene Balkon auf der einen, die gemeinsame Dachterasse mit Innen-und Außenbeleuchtung auf der anderen Seite. Da das Wetter für Ende April überraschend kühl war, haben wir auch die Sauna sehr genossen. Die Jungs am Empfang waren stets hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Im Appartement gab es alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf gebraucht hat. Die Hosts waren sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und proaktiv. Das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich und in der Nähe von der Metro,Migros und Mc Donalds. Vielen lieben Dank für die reibungslose Abwicklung und die Gastfreundschaft. Title: Wonderful Stay, Fantastic Host! I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing apartment, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kağıthane, Istanbul! The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made us feel very comfortable and at home. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul and would love to come back in the future!

Tekrar o bölgede konaklanacak olursak tekrar hiç tereddüt etmeden Celal beyin evini tercih ederiz. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, Celal bey ise hem check-in hem check-out konusunda çok yardımcı oldu, her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Otoparkli olması ise en büyük avantajı idi. Evet bulunduğu yokuş dik, fakat kesinlikle değer çünkü Taksim meydanina ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde.

My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!

Perfect location for quite base close to BHT Clinic and Metro access, WiFi included as well as gym and pool which were very quite at our stay in early April.

Öncelikle Doğukan Beye çok teşekkür ederim. Detaylı bir şekilde bahsetmem gerekirse girişimiz çok rahat oldu, gittiğimizde direkt anahtarımızı aldık ve eve yerleştik. Evde bir yaşam alanı için gereken her şey düşünülmüştü. Mutfakta tüm araç gereçler mevcuttu, kahve makinesi dahil olmak üzere. Banyoda da aynı şekilde şampuandan çamaşır deterjanına kadar düşünülmüştü. İletişim konusunda da kendisi oldukça sorumluluk sahibiydi bir problem yaşadığımızda hızlı geri dönüş aldık. Sorunsuz bir konaklama için samimi bir şekilde tavsiye ederim.

allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Fikir tepedeki residencelardan biri manzarası harika kocaman bir terası var ev çok kullanışlı ve büyük ve temizdi araçsız gelmiştik biraz metrodan yürüdük sadece ama taksiyle daha kolay. Sıcak atmosferi olan havadar bir ev sadece bazı bakımsız tamire ihtiyaç duyulan bina sıkıntıları var herşey harikaydı teşekkürler

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

Le logement était parfait; beau, très bien équipé, et calme car donnant sur un jardin. Il est idéalement situé, à 5mn de la tour Galata et 5 mn de la ligne de tramway allant directement dans le centre d'Istanbul. L'entrée dans l'appartement est des plus facile grâce au gardien à l'entrée ( à toute heure) Une location que nous recommandons!

Wir waren mit dem Service im Haus sehr zufrieden. Bis auf die Sauberkeit war alles sonst in Ordnung. Der Balkon war nicht ohne Schlappen nutzbar. Sehr schmutzig leider. Weiße Socken tragen ging in der Wohnung leider nicht. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut. Wir würden es wieder buchen nur mit der Voraussetzung das die Wohnung beim hinsehen vor Ort auch gründlich sauber ist. Vielen Dank.
