Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Peaceful grassy retreat in the heart of Upper Michigan. Recharge in this relaxing country setting in a Rustic 12 X 20 Cabin. You also have access to our full size kitchen, bath house and outdoor shower. The cabin has a full bathroom. Frequent sightings of deer, turkeys and other wildlife among the many fruit and berry trees are common in the camps. Other Camps on property: Quartzite Camp, Slate Camp, Yooperlite Camp and Sandstone Campsite

Keweenaw Bay Baraga House

The Baraga House has a view of Keweenaw Bay from the back porch, steps away to Larry's Market grocery from the backyard. Cue Master Bar and Grill and the American Legion Bar & Grill (open to public) are located just steps away also. Very convenient for travelers to the Keweenaw Peninsula, just a block from U.S. Hwy 41. The Ojibwa Casino in Baraga is just minutes away. Please be aware that there is a separate, occupied apartment to the house. Blink door bell cameras are on the front and back.

Rustic Farm House

Secluded small farm house nestled in among maple, apple and pine trees. Lots of parking for trailers and guests. Wood burning Sauna on property. Just a short walk down the hill is our Private rock beach On Lake Superior with a fire pit to get cozy and watch the sunset. The main cabin also has a fire pit for your enjoyment. This is a quiet place with whitetail deer being the only thing to come and visit. Occasionally you’ll see bald eagles fly overhead looking for their dinner. Walking trails.

Located on Portage Lake in Chassell, MI, near Houghton with quick access to Michigan Tech University, this rustic family cabin is a great place for either an overnight stay or a longer getaway. It provides a great home base for travel in the Keweenaw peninsula! As a 1930s cabin with a sauna on the lake along with a great view, the focus is on the experience! We find guests who truly enjoy our place are flexible with rustic conditions (not looking for Holiday Inn Express) and young at heart!

Relax with friends and family at this peaceful cozy cabin. A perfect 4 seasons cabin on a the ravine river. Enjoy steelhead trout fishing, walking in the woods, winter sports ect. Near Lake Superior. Finn’s bar and grill, and huron bay trading post for groceries and gas. We are a fully furnished cabin with a queen sized bed, full size bed and a twin, with a large sofa and a newer love seat. Spacious very private and unique home on 40 acres in the scenic Keweenaw with over a mile of trails. Great views with abundant wildlife viewing. Jacuzzi. Pond with canoe, bass fishing, picnic area, and a firepit. Easy 15 minute drive to Houghton. Near Nordic ski and snowmobile trails, 3 downhill ski areas, casino is 15 miles away. Now renting summer weeks (June 20 - August 29), I can only accept Saturday - Saturday weeks.
