We are 3 minutes from the free way and 2 from the hospital. Lava Hot Springs: 25 min away, Skiing: 15 min away, Yellowstone: 2.5 hours away.

The Luxe Loft is a private, newly built, 750 square foot loft space at the top floor of a spacious shop with an open floor plan. It is located in an upscale area with incredible, sweeping views of the area and surrounding mountains. You can often glimpse deer and other wildlife from the windows and off the deck. During the summer months, the landscaping is spectacular. There is a balcony area with a bistro set to enjoy a meal or beverage while enjoying the scenic views.

It is located 11 minutes from Lava Hot Springs, 20 minutes from Downata Hot Springs, and 25 minutes from pebble creek ski area.

Perfect for work or play! The hospital is 10 minutes away, and Idaho State University is just down the road. Walk to Ross Park Zoo, nearby parks, and the swimming complex, plus enjoy locally owned restaurants close by.
