The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

Green Gables Heritage Charm - Modern Facilities

This lovely renovated home keeps it's heritage charm but with all modern amenities (perfect for long stays) including wi-fi, king beds with electric blankets, multiple heating and cooling options, fantastic modern kitchen facilities (including coffee machine) alfresco area with pizza oven and off street undercover parking all only a 3 minute drive (12min walk) to the CBD and a 5 minute drive to Sovereign Hill.
