This condo was so great! Walkable to the downtown area and beach, really cute pool area with grills and plenty of seating options. We loved sitting on the lounge chairs & watching the boats go by in the canal. Beach chairs were provided and there were towels to use by the pool. Some very minor cosmetic imperfections that could easily be fixed (stain on couch pillow/ patch on the wall), but didn't impact how happy we were with the stay at all. Would stay again anytime! It was a great stay, clean and looked like pictures, I was on the 27th floor it was very quiet.

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

I stayed here for my birthday and I loved the all white aesthetic; it fit my birthday plans and ideal aesthetic. I loved the bay views I am huge on having a beautiful view and this spot did not disappoint. I was really happy with everything and would def stay here again. Thank you Rodney

Estava viajando com meu bebê e ela foi extremamente atenciosa — providenciou banheira, cadeira e berço, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos: limpo, organizado e muito aconchegante. Yana foi sempre gentil, respondeu rápido e se preocupou com cada detalhe para nos receber bem. Nikki and her crew were hands down a pleasure to work with. Friendly, informative and prompt! The property was exactly as shown and pristine upon arrival. The home is close to everything , yet incredibly private. Previous reviews were spot on. The only downside was leaving. Thank you so much to Nikki and Mason for being so gracious.

We had an amazing stay at Maya’s place! She was incredibly responsive and even allowed us to check in early. The home was beautiful, just like the photos, but even better. Spacious, clean, and the backyard was serene and perfect for relaxing. We came for my sister’s bachelorette party, and the space was perfect for our group. It honestly felt like a hotel - beds were made with everything we needed, plenty of towels (including beach/pool towels), and toiletries were provided. The extra touches were so thoughtful. We loved having access to kayaking and paddleboarding - it made the trip even more special. Maya and her team went above and beyond, and we can’t wait to come back!

This home was the perfect place for our trip. Plenty of space in house and yard to relax and hang out with family. Pool was clean and nice and cool during the hot days. Rob was responsive and more than helpful when I messaged him about anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Bianca was a great host - proactive, always responsive, and just an all around delight to communicate with. The house was newly renovated with beautiful and tasteful finishes, accessories, and art. Great area surrounding and fantastic location.

We had a great stay at this home. The pool was the hot spot for my kiddos to play in. I loved the view of the canal right from our window. The beach was about a 10 minute walk as well.

We enjoyed our visit, peaceful place, felt like I was home. Everything was clean and very comfortable furniture. We recommend this place and hopefully we can come back soon Thank you for letting us enjoy this stay at your place, we really enjoyed it.

Patrick personally greeted us upon arrival and guided us through each step of the check-in process. The apartment was delightful, snug, with a wonderful view of the marina, and most importantly, it was incredibly peaceful. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We had an incredible experience staying at the W Residences in Fort Lauderdale. The space was exactly as described — modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. The views were stunning, and the location was perfect for beach access, dining, and nightlife. The host was responsive and made check-in effortless. The amenities felt truly high-end — just like staying at a luxury hotel, but with the added comfort and privacy of a home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I stayed here during my business trip and it was simply an amazing apartment with all the necessary amenities, nearby restaurants and convenience store, and the marina view was spectacular. The host was also very responsive. I will definitely stay here again if I have an event or business meeting in the Miami area. This place exceeded my expectations.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

Fabulous and seamless stay! Everything was as described and beautiful! Views were wonderful, space very adequate for our family. Communication with host was very friendly and so responsive that it made our stay that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend!

I agree with all the other 5-star reviews (great location, neat apartment, clean community pool, etc.), so I'll just list a couple of specific compliments in this review. First, the Aloha condo complex is very intimate compared to the neighboring high rise condos. It contains about 20 cute little condos clustered around a recently rebuilt pool with sparkling clear water, somewhat reminiscent of Melrose Place. Brian's 1-BR unit is on the second (and top) floor so it has the best views of the ICW and of sunsets. There are plenty of community deck chairs and chaise lounges for you to relax mere steps from the water. Second, Brian's communications was outstanding both leading up to our rental and during. He recommended a local fishing charter for my son and I, and kept in constant (but non-intrusive) contact with us through the rental process. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, without any onerous clean up demands I'd heard horror stories about. I would definitely book again!
