We spent the Easter long weekend at the Headmaster's Cottage. Linda ans Phil were amazing hosts. The cottage is self contained and has literally everything you could possibly need for a great stay. The spaces are modern and clean with a touch of country flair. The BBQ and the woodfire bath were amazing treats to enjoy during our stay. The short walk to Mortimer's wines next door means you can easily enjoy a wine tasting without needing to drive. The short 5-7 min drive into town was easy. We drove ourselves or grabbed one of the readily available Orange taxis when heading out for dinner. I would highly recommend Linda and Phil's place to anyone looking for a perfect couples retreat in beautiful scenery. We loved it and we will come back for sure!

We stayed at Fiona’s cottage in Port Fairy for a few days just before Easter. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk to the local shops, the beach or even the lighthouse if you are up for a longer stroll. The cottage is charmingly decorated with artistic touches in every corner. The garden is absolutely beautiful and a lovely spot to enjoy a meal or soak up the morning and afternoon sun. The whole place is full of character. It looks even better in real life than in the photos. Fiona was very communicative and always responded promptly to messages. We brought our dog along and she settled in quickly and seemed completely relaxed in the cottage garden. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Such a beautiful experience would definitely come again so peaceful and calming and just all in all perfect. Rozi and husband were extremely sweet and very helpful. Well worth the $$ spent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing 5 day stay with our kids and dog. Beautiful, private and peaceful setting. We enjoyed the walking paths, hard to believe there were other cottages nearby - so cleverly designed for maximum privacy. Nice and warm & cosy on our 1 wet day, listening to the rain through the trees. We also get much appreciated taking the kayaks & canoe out on the lake. The information kiosk was a fun daily activity for the kids to change DVDs. Highly recommended staying here, comfy and impeccably clean. We'll definitely be back!

This Airbnb was wonderful! The area was peaceful and beautifully tucked away with the trees with a very cozy vibe. The house was just right for 2 people, since there is no Wi-Fi I would recommend bring a laptop or tablet to watch movies! I had a very lovely stay, was definitely worth its price!

We had a great one-night stay at The Blue Bollard. Joanne was a responsive and welcoming host, greeting us on arrival. The space was clean, tidy, and cutely decorated—just what we needed for a short stay. Conveniently located near Apollo Bay’s restaurants and pubs, it made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.

Great stay - loved the location being an easy drive to the coast and stunning beaches. Aimee was easy and responsive to communicate with. The kids loved feeding the chickens each morning. It was so relaxing to disconnect and gaze up at the stars of an evening as a family. Thank you for our wonderful holiday in Jervis Bay. A great AirBnb and we would love to stay again one day!

I'd highly recommend Stephanie's country cottages to anyone looking for a peaceful bush getaway. A friendly and gracious host, we felt right at home straight away and the cottage was lovely and comfortable. The garden is a fantastic place to do some star gazing, then have a copy fire to warm back up. Just loved it. Thank you for having us Stephanie!

I would have lived here if I could! It's everything you dream for an more! Being able to share this special space with my pets made it even more incredible and we used to opportunity to celebrate my digs birthday! there's even a ball and stick library in a space for dog to use! ha. like a community book library but for dogs. Linda and her husband were delightful hosts and so accommodating. not having WiFi was heavenly, you can hotspot if needed as you do get cell reception but there were plenty of books, boards games and DVD'S! ha, hadn't watched a DVD in over a decade, felt nostalgic. d So many beautiful thoughtful touches and having access to pick your veg, fruits and herbs for your meals for the day was the icing on the cake. This will now be our go to spot for my dogs bday! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Helen was great host. An excellent communicator. The cottage is perfect as a base to explore the area with a secure space for the dog. I would stay there again if I needed somewhere close to Canberra and outlying areas. It was very peaceful

For two elderly people like ourselves who just wanted a quiet retreat it was a beautiful cottage. Linda had put in even more amenities than we had realised. The provision of grab rails in the bathroom was a huge plus as it is so difficult to find places that provide for the needs of those who are not so steady on their feet. Linda is a wonderful host. The cottage was absolutely spotless and there was plenty of room. Linda was laid back and relaxed and within an hour of our arrival, we felt as if this lovely country retreat had been our home in the country forever. We will certainly be back.

I took my client who is disabled for a holiday to NSW from Victoria, we thought we would like to stay in Tilba Tilba and explore the district. Where we stayed at Kathryns accommodation for 3 nights was such a beautiful and tranquil place, with other options for accommodation on the same property. The environment was stunning with beautiful, maintained gardens and the scenery around was amazing. We explored Tilba Central where there are amazing old-time shops and Narooma which was only 15 minutes away was another stunning place. Beautiful beaches. shops and great Cafes and Restaurants along with fresh seafoods on offer. Thank you, Kathryn we loved our stay.

We spent a perfect two days at this cottage. Having a coffee on the porch overlooking the paddocks, and having the sheep and chickens come to visit was such a lovely experience. The cottage is close to the local shops, wineries, the brewery, walking trails, the beach and more. It has everything you could need for two people- the bathroom is very luxurious with under floor heating. We can't wait to stay here again.

It is a pleasure to write a 5 star review for Suzette’s cottage. Staying in the cottage was like taking a step back in time, yet it had everything I needed. The attention to detail, both in the house and the surrounding gardens is impressive. Very private and peaceful setting, clean and very friendly host. Would love to come back if visiting in the area again.

Wow, Wow, Wow Absolutely stunning piece of the world .. and not far from everything .. shops cafes, & restaurants. Our accommodation was perfect, from the front door to lying down to sleep. We ate out and we cooked and ate in too, everything was supplied. The only thing we found as a group of 3 mums getting a weekend away was the shower over the bath in the open bedroom upstairs, it was easy enough to manage by others staying down stairs when we had showers. The scenery was so beautiful and peaceful, exactly what we all needed Thank you Ben.. can’t wait to get back again one day soon

Michelle and Edward’s place was absolutely beautiful. Michelle greeted us warmly upon arrival and took the time to show us around the apartment. She also shared some great recommendations for places to visit in Gippsland, which was really helpful since it was our first time in the area. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was spotless. We honestly didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

Walkable to Port Fairy. Small amount of traffic noise as we were aware but didn’t impact our stay at all. Plenty of options for dinner at Port Fairy. Clean and comfortable. Very pretty cottage. We would definitely stay there again
