This cozy mother in law suite is a duplex that shares a wall with the main house but not an entrance. You will be blocks away from a neighborhood playground as well as beautiful Lake Hollingsworth. Being in the heart of Lakeland, you are never far from entertainment or nature. It's almost equally distant from Orlando and Tampa at about a 45-minute drive and the beach being about an hour and 20 minutes away. All that downtown has to offer is just 2 miles away.

Lovely, private, poolside villa. The apartment is inside a completely enclosed, block walled pool deck. It provides privacy & your own personal oasis! Due to the proximity to the pool, my place is best suited for adults. I will only host young ones 13 & older that are proficient swimmers. The apartment is behind my personal home with no connecting doors. I live in a centralized location. I am within walking distance to restaurants, park, arcade, gym & library.

Only 1 mile from Southeastern University and 3 miles to Florida Southern College. Kayaks, pedal boat, and fishing poles and tackle are provided for your enjoyment. Come unwind and enjoy the lake views from the hammock and private beach!

The Kitchenette with dining table and the bathroom is located in between of the 2 Bedrooms. The second Bedroom is only 10'x10' with a Queen bed and Wardrobe. The Lake house is a resort with Paddle boards/Kayaks at no cost to our guests. Enjoy the entire yard and non-public lake with a private beach which offers you fishing. The main house has a pool table,air hockey and live darts! Also there is a BBQ, 4 TV's, cable, internet, movie library and washer/dryer, Pool and pool Jacuzzi. Small fenced back yard for pets (pet fee required).
