Dina and her lovely family were the heart and soul of our stay—warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel like more than just guests. We had a wonderful stay! Hanaa was very friendly and responsive, which made everything super smooth. The house was clean, spacious, and had five comfortable bedrooms—perfect for our group. The location was amazing: direct access to the pool and a sea view that we enjoyed every day. The rooftop was also a highlight with its stunning views. The beach is beautiful but has lots of rocks, so it’s a good idea to bring water shoes. Overall, we felt completely at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Mr. Hany is really great and helpful. The place is nice for family, there is access to the beach and multiple pools in the area. the security are very helpful, the process of check in is easy. there is a small market for necessities and large hypermarket available less than 10 minutes driving, just make sure to get your tissue paper and toilet paper, and make sure to have a car available as you may need to get outside the resort

Ahmed is extremely polite, friendly and responsive. We had an issue at our arrival and he did his best to make sure it is solved. The place is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and maintained. Beautiful garden. Heated pool right next to the house. The beach is pretty close as well.

Adel was an absolute great host! His communication is superb, Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was spotless clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location and view. Overall a wonderful place; we would definitely stay here again easily!

The place is very close to swimming pool and car rude to the beach. Clean nice beach and ine of the best pools i got in Egypt. Mohamed Chalet is very nice and spacious. I recommend it for everyone.

Had an amazing stay at Dalia’s place in Laguna Bay Resort! The chalet was clean, quiet, and had a beautiful garden overlooking the pool. Just a one-minute walk to the beach, the resort is very secure, spotless, and has a welcoming atmosphere with friendly owners, renters, and staff. There are great restaurants and cafés nearby, as well as kids’ swimming pools, parks, and more. Dalia is an incredible host—her communication was excellent, and she responded quickly to any questions. Definitely planning to stay here again!

Very charming amazing place to stay in. The view is magical day or night , the unit is simple however everything you need will be there. Dr. Hesham is very friendly and he’s always keen on getting in touch with me to make sure everything is going well. A unique place and is recommended to have a good calm vacation.

She goes above & beyond in every way—thoughtful and generous. Her attention to detail and warm spirit made each stay feel like coming home. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. We now consider this our second home—we won’t even consider staying anywhere else. It’s become part of our routine and something we both look forward to deeply.
