This carriage house is located at the back of the property of a 117-year-old historic home 4 blocks from downtown shopping and dining. We're 15 minutes from Allerton Park & Retreat Center, 25 minutes to Champaign and 30 minutes from Decatur. You’ll enjoy the comfy bed, two dining/game spaces, TV area, a small kitchen with cooktop, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and a full bathroom. It is great for a weekend get-away! Elk and water buffalo love to take a swim in the pond that Elk Ridge overlooks as well. Enjoy the natural scenery in the evening around a firepit on the waterfront deck. If you are craving a small-town experience, look no further than this cozy bungalow located in the pastoral town of Assumption, Illinois. You will have the whole house to yourself, including a fully equipped kitchen and use of the washer and dryer. The dining room and comfortable living room invite you to relax and read or play games. A strong Wi-Fi signal allows for streaming entertainment or keeping up with work or school. Two snug bedrooms are each equipped with plush queen-sized beds.

Welcome to our mid 1900s caboose TP&W 527 and step back in time. Unwind and relax as you settle into your retreat. Enjoy the view from the cupalo as you browse through one of the books on board, or sit at your dinette and enjoy a board game. Sit out back in one of the adirondack chairs around your own private fire pit and enjoy s'mores, or just a peaceful evening. The caboose has been completely renovated and many modern convienences added. You'll love this unique and romantic escape!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Drive down the lane to a secluded 3 bedroom home newly furnished. Enjoy yourself in an open concept floor plan where there is lots of room to spread out. Spend your evenings in the living room or the family room that has a fireplace. From the family room you can step out on a deck and enjoy the view of the pond. We are located 8.5 miles from Vandalia where there are historical landmarks, great restaurants, and quaint shops.

The Lake House on Lake Sara puts you right at the edge of the lake — with four kayaks, a crackling fire pit, and a sunlit enclosed porch to come home to. The Lake House is located just a short walk to the Beach, Pinky’s , The Rusty Reel Bar (below Pinky’s) and The Marina. The beach offers a beautiful playground, pavilions, exercise equipment, pickleball courts and a frisbee golf course!

The Ledger Loft

The Ledger Loft, Located on the second floor of the Historic MainStay Building, is a spacious 2000 Sq Ft Loft that is perfect for hosting large families, and includes gorgeous brick architecture, the MainStay building was once home to the original Ayars Bank, and The Ledger itself was once an Oddfellows Lodge. While it being relaxing, this space is also convenient with a fully stocked kitchen and a washer & dryer located inside the apartment.

Country charm abounds in this gem which sleeps three (full bed plus fold-out love seat). There is a private entrance, access to laundry facilities, and private parking off the street. We are 9 miles west of I-57 on Route 133 (take exit 203 at Arcola) and 40 miles from Champaign.

Enjoy the clip clop of the horse & buggies going by as you relax and enjoy the back porch with table & seating. Plenty of back yard for playing games. A fire pit is located close to porch for roasting marshmallows at night. Arthur is a very innovative town with lots of shops to explore.

Enjoy your time at your home. Located across the street from Nelson Park, it is a short walk to the Devon Amphitheater, Splash Cove and mini golf around the corner. Plenty of restaurants or cook your own meals here. The docks to Lake Decatur and the Beach House restaurant are nearby also. Short drive to the hospitals.
