Huset var helt perfekt for vårt opphold med 3 barn! Masse soveplasser, stort og rent hus med veldig fin innredning, 2 bad og masse leketøy! Vi kommer veldig gjerne tilbake :)

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in Holmenkollen at Anne's house. Getting from the airport to Anne's house with two 23 kg suitcases was easier than expected: the (underground) train station is about 5' away. The city can be reached quickly and easily: a train runs every 15 minutes and with a 7-day ticket for zone 1 you can travel very flexibly and the price is really cheap: around 30 euros. The environment is green and very quiet and you can go jogging or hiking directly on good paths in large forests. Anne is a very friendly hostess and easily accessible at all times. The beautiful Norwegian house with more than 100 years of history was renovated and has very bright window fronts and high rooms facing south, from where you can enjoy beautiful views of Oslo and the fjord. And it is constantly and pleasantly heated via the well-kept floor, even on colder days in summer. To make it short: this house is a real pearl. Take care of this beautiful home when you rent it!

Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold i huset til Nora! Dette er et veldig unikt og stilfullt hjem som ligger i vakre omgivelser! Vi var heldige som kunne nyte uteområdet og hagen på grunn av strålende sol🌞 Skulle man tilbringe tiden innendørs er man likevel sikret god underholdning med fantastisk lydanlegg i hele huset og projektor i underetasjen! Vi benyttet oss av begge deler, og Nora var både rask til å svare og tålmodig da vi trengte litt teknisk assistanse for å få systemene i gang😊 Nora var en svært god og behagelig vert! Huset var som avbildet og alt var klart og stelt i stand til oss da vi kom! Vi vil definitivt anbefale å ta turen til dette magiske hjemmet✨

Tolles gemütliches Haus in Oslo mit super Lage zu einem kleinen Skigebiet und ganz viel Natur. Gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Sehr nette Kommunikation.

Vi hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold med to voksne og to barn. Kjempefint hus, rent og innbydende, alle fasiliteter. Beliggenheten var rolig og fredelig og veldig deilig med basseng i varmen :) Pia svarte raskt og var veldig serviceinnstilt. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake :)

Это были прекрасные 4 дня в уютном и комфортабельном доме со всеми удобствами. Более доброжелательного и отзывчивого хозяина мы еще не встречали. Дом расположен в пригороде Осло, рядом с автобусной остановкой и магазином. Все фото и описание дома полностью соответствует реальности. Мы чувствовали себя как дома и благодарны за щедрое гостеприимство Anniken. Она очень оперативно отвечала на все наши вопросы. Мы долго будем вспоминать этот отпуск и надеемся вернуться еще раз, но уже летом ;)

Oddbjørn’s house is incredible. With a beautiful location right on the water and tons of space in the house it feels like a vacation the moment you step inside or out onto the deck. There are so many amenities, the kitchen is huge, the sauna is a fantastic addition. This space is perfect for large groups or a family looking to get away for the weekend. With kayaks, canoes, and a rowboat you can explore a serene lake and really enjoy the surroundings. Enjoy a great week in Norway at this spectacular house!!

Marianne is an excellent host. We stayed for 3 months and any queries we’ve had have been addressed swiftly. The property is in excellent condition and catered for two adults and a toddler. We particularly appreciated that the area is quiet and full of nature. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating—nothing was too much trouble. The space was spotless and well-equipped with lots of thoughtful amenities. Even though there’s no kitchen (which is clearly stated in the listing), the owner has done a great job providing everything possible to make do without one. The location worked well for us as we wanted to be within walking distance of Holmenkollen, though keep in mind it’s about a 30-minute walk, with the first 15 minutes uphill. The train station is only about 6 minutes away, but be aware that there are no trains running at night, which can be tricky if you have an early flight. We struggled to get a cheap taxi at 3 AM and had to book a more expensive one. The surroundings are lovely, but note that the unit is at the back of the house, so there’s no view. The WiFi—it only worked outside the door and was very weak inside. Overall, a very clean and well-equipped stay with a great host!

Anita is a wonderful host – very friendly, helpful, and welcoming in every way. The accommodation was excellent – clean, cozy, and with absolutely stunning views from the balcony! The location is truly lovely – surrounded by beautiful forest trails and scenic views that invite you to explore. Holmenkollen Ski Stadium is just a walk away, as are a grocery store and both metro and bus stations. Highly recommended – I would definitely love to come back!

Great little place about 15 minutes from city of Oslo - peaceful but with grocery stores just 4 minute walk away etc. Tram station 5 minutes.

We were here for the IBU Biathlon and were looking for a place that was close to the Holmenkollen stadium, which this is! We had the luxury of continued communication with Per in the weeks that lead up to the event which was very reassuring and so when we eventually did travel it was less of a daunting experience. The home is large, clean and inviting. Most of all it was WARM, which is what you need after coming down from the frozen hills. Plenty of hot water to shower with. The city centre is 20 minutes away on the metro train and the station is, again, very close to the home. We downloaded the Ruter Billett app to purchase our tickets, the 7 day pass seeming to be the best value while we were there. There are not too many places to eat near the home but that wasn't an issue for us. Many nice places in the city waiting to be explored. Check out was very generous too. No having to rush away on the final morning. It all added up to a very good experience and I'd certainly visit again should I need accommodation here, in the future.

We hebben als gezin genoten in het verblijf van Guilhem. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving aan de rand van Oslo. Nabij de natuur, ideaal voor mooie wandelingen en vergezichten. Ligging 15 a 20 minuten vanaf het centrum. Aanrader is de Oslopas. Hiermee kun je rijden met het openbaar vervoer van Ruter en diverse musea, restaurants, gratis of met korting bezoeken. Opstappen kun je bij de bushalte genaamd Stig. Guilhem heeft ons vooraf veel goede tips gegeven, wat je allemaal kunt doen in de omgeving. Ook duidelijke uitleg voor de aankomst van het verblijf. Zoals het sturen van fotootjes waar je als gast kunt parkeren en waar de woning is. Bij vragen, reageert Guilhem duidelijk en snel. Een vriendelijke man, die met je meedenkt. Zijn verblijf kunnen we van harte aanbevelen bij anderen. Je voelt je er snel thuis en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Met het zicht op een speeltuintje, is het ook ideaal voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Guilhem, dankjewel voor alles!

Most amazing old wood house with lots of history in a most beautiful setting. The view of the lake is incredible. The house is completely off-grid in a nature reserve surrounded by a forest in an isolated wonderfully peaceful setting. It's a bit of a walk from the car park which makes it even more special. We really enjoyed our stay here with our small kids. Coming from London, chopping wood, heating up the sauna, lighting candles, fetching water, etc. was an absolutely wonderful experience. I loved every moment of it. The sauna was a cherry on top and will be the most missed. Lying in a snow after the heat with drops of snow falling from the night sky only with the forest surrounding you is something the words can't describe. I'm sure one day we will come back again. Thank you Per for sharing this opportunity with people like us. We felt very privileged.

We had a very pleasant christmas holiday at Jarle's in 2024. He provided us with a tree and decorations and all other items we requested. There were cross country skiis for most of us. We were 7 adults, and four children under 10. We had more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen was well supplied. Some of us liked the sauna, but I especially liked the fire pan outside. All in all a great place for a family gathering.

Da kona spurte meg hva jeg ønsket i julegave, så sa jeg med en gang; noen dager på denne hytta. Det er tredje gang jeg er her, og hver gang opplever jeg det som den beste hytteopplevelse som finnes for meg. Hvorfor? Fordi her kan jeg leve enkelt, kan lese i ro, sove tidlig uten distraksjoner (det er ikke strøm), og jeg kan stå mye på langrenn. Det er mange skitraseer som går overalt i nærheten. I tillegg, hvis jeg trenger strøm for å lade min mobil, er Løvlia skistue rett i nærheten. For å oppsummere, hvis man liker det enkelt og stå mye på ski, og å ikke måtte kjøre så langt for å finne snø (fra Oslo og omegn), er det ikke noe bedre sted. Det er en veldig koselig hytte. Hytteeieren er også veldig imøtekommende og hjelpsom.

Hans zijn airbnb was super fijn. Alles ziet er mooi en schoon uit en het is allemaal van goede kwaliteit. De bedden en sauna waren heerlijk. De hele hut ademde "welkom" en nodigde uit om echt even helemaal tot rust te komen.

Utrolig trivelig hytte midt i skogen, svært skjermet og privat. Hadde alt vi trengte av utstyr til matlaging. Ideelt for de som er ute etter en god, gammeldags hyttetur uten skjermer og forstyrrelser. Vi skrudde av mobiltelefonene og slappet helt av. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

We spent one night in the cabin. Good bus connection with a short hike. Incredibly beautiful area, perfect for hiking, close to the capital. Despite 10 degrees Celsius in the center of Oslo there was still snow and ice on the trails. Keep this in mind when traveling in early spring. The cabin is heated so there is no need to light a fire in the fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped.

Our stay at kajas property was amazing. The cabin is beautiful and has an amazing view with access to the lake. Kaja was a very accommodating, helpful and friendly, giving us water and extra bedding. Highly recommend this airbnb!

Kjempefin hytte for en helgetur fra Oslo. Vi tok toget til Stryken og gikk hjem på ski - perfekt ❄️ bålpanne og kos utenfor hytta, og brettspill og peis inne. Her er det sikkert fint å være på sommeren også. Fredelig og fint 😊
