i was looking for a unit that has fast internet and reliable bcoz my daughter has online class. and i found a good reviews about benjo’s place. And i was not disappointed. Benjo was very accomodating and responsive. He made sure that we will have a comfortable stay in his place. ❤️

Straightforward details from the owner; organized coordination and everything was as expected from an AirBnB at this price range. Household provisions are more than enough for a short stay like mine. I just needed a place to stay overnight for a business engagement in the area the next day and this was in an accessible, Grab-friendly area.

We enjoyed our stay here and will surely book it again. The room is so good that gives hotel feels-smells fresh and clean, provided with everything except foods and water to drink 😀 Media entertainment was time consuming like time pass easily and wake up-oh! its to check out. Meaning...we get so comfortable with the place. Best part was the Location and the View.❤️ Walkable distance from Mallroad. So your evening strolls become easier. View from the Balcony was breathtaking throughout the day, specially in the mornings. Kitchen was neatly maintained and well equipped for basic cooking. They had a little geyser for kitchen Sink also, which was much needed in the cold. Getting there is little tricky as Cars can't always reach near the building because of Vehicle restrictions and tiny roads. You have to walk a bit but it was easy. They also arranged a porter person to carry the luggage to the apartment while we arrived and also while we were checking out. My family absolutely loved the Stay.😍 Aniruddha was a great host. Always quick with responses and very well mannered. 👍🏻

This was our second time staying at Joel’s condo unit in Pico de Loro, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was complete with all the wares we needed for cooking meals. We did notice one electrical outlet that appeared to be burned, but aside from that, everything else was in good condition. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again!

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.

Tive uma experiência incrível ao me hospedar com o Jerry. Anfitrião educado gentil, prestativo e ainda me presenteou no key aniversário. Fez questão de deixar um copo com a bandeira do meu país 🇧🇷. O prédio possui uma ótima infraestrutura, um supermercado muito bom e diversos restaurantes. Se você estiver em Cebu City, esse é o melhor local custo benefício para se hospedar! Such a great place with honest and kind people! I accidentally lost my bag, and our host went the extra mile to assist me in retrieving it. Their support truly meant a lot. This was absolutely a great find. Highly accessible for transportation. Easiest check in to date. Swift and thoughtful responses from the Host. They were very flexible when I needed to extend via the app.

I had an amazing time staying at Tito's place! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. We stayed here for Sinulog festival it’s far away from the Main city but it’s a great thing that Fely mentioned it a couple of times during our stay so we are aware and set expectations. We are still able to enjoy the festival and comfortable rest afterwards with this place. Make sure to have your data ready because the WIFI signal is stable. Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.
