Maw-Maws house takes you back in time, when you use to stay at Maw-Maws. Relax and enjoy all this quaint cottage style home has to offer. It is located 1 mile from The Coffee House, where you can enjoy Cafe' au lait, beignets and much more. There are also shops in the Cajun Village that have Louisiana themed decor, souvenirs and artwork. Tanger Outlets in Gonzales is located 6 miles down I-10W. Lamar Dixon Expo Center is also only 7 miles away. You are also only 54 miles from New Orleans.

Cozy 2 BR cottage on serene Bayou Manchac. This waterfront cabin has a large gazebo with picnic table. Boardwalk provides easy access to dock and fishing. Enjoy breathtaking views from the screened porch while you work or play. Lots of extras: WiFi, smart TV, hammock, swing, charcoal grill and fire pit. Plenty of local restaurants, grocery, etc. LSU's Tiger stadium only 34 minutes away! New Orleans 1 hour away. Raised entrance accessible only by stairs. Names of adult guests required.

Frog House at Alligator Bayou

Come relax, fish, paddle, bird watch and find some peace and quiet in the Frog House on Alligator Bayou! Spend the evenings rocking on the porch or talking around the fire pit. The Frog House is a comfortable and updated two bedroom house located at the intersection of Bayou Manchac and Alligator Bayou. Come for the weekend or spend the month exploring the historic waterways and wilds of south Louisiana. On site use of canoes and or kayaks is included with each booking, waiver required.

The Yellow Cottage on the River (w/ Dock Access!)

Our quaint yellow cottage sits on a quiet street where you have plenty of space to hear the cicadas and breathe in the Louisiana air. We're situated directly on the Amite River and this cottage is perfect for anyone who loves to fish! We provide a place to dock your boat, and can even recommend the best routes along the river that we often take ourselves. Please note that we do not allow pets at the cottage so get your fur babies a sitter and come on down.

The Blue Heron Guest House-6 acres on the bayou.

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Located on Bayou Manchac on a gated 6 acre estate. The Blue Heron Guest House is a great place to just get away, enjoy nature, canoe (provided), fish the pond or the bayou, birdwatching (lots of birds), etc. The property does have a boat slip and a small boat launch for those who want to explore the area by boat. Bayou Manchac connects to the Amite River nearby. We can’t wait to share our paradise with you!

Enjoy a vintage stylish experience at this centrally-located cottage. 2 miles from I10 exit 173, 2 miles from Airline Hwy (US 61) Just 60 miles from downtown New Orleans, 15 minutes from Baton Rouge. 8 miles from Lamar Dixon Expo center. Close to fine dining or fast food. The Rustic cottage is in the back of our property. It has a privacy fence, but is not completely fenced. Nice covered deck with large TV and carport

River relax get away camp

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Sit on the deck, Drink coffee and watch the boats go by. Fish right off the pier with fishing poles or throw out a provided net. If you have a boat you can access lake Maurepas for sand bar fun or visit lots of restaurants by boat or car.
