Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area, Walmart AMP, Osage house and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available, ask in advance. Only registered guests are allowed in the pool and hot tub.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

We are located in the upper Mulberry River Valley between Indian Creek river access & High Bank river access. Our cabin is 2 miles from Byrds Adventure Center & 7 miles from Turner Bend. Private, adults only cabin for two on our gorgeous 72 acre farm in the woods. Our cabin has a full size kitchen and a king size bed. Take a hike through the woods or spend a quiet moment by Clear Creek or just relax on the covered porch and enjoy the wildlife. While the farm is tucked away in the woods, it is centrally located to all the amenities…restaurants, shopping and entertainment with historic downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn Casino & Resort being a short scenic drive from the farm.

Clearly Hidden Acres Cottage and Farm

Clearly Hidden Acres is a six-acre homestead located right in the middle of a quiet residential area in Valley View. The cottage shares the property with a main residence, three horses, chickens, cat and two dogs—and we welcome your pets, too. A queen-sized pull-out bed is in the Living Room. Please be aware that the natural swimming pond-pool is within the fence boundaries of the cottage. Children must be attended to AT ALL TIMES. There is a back entrance. Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am
