One of my best stays thus far. - modern - clean - stylish - excellent location - excellent communication - excellent value for money I really have nothing negative to say about this property or Elias (host). The Airbnb was in my view better than described within the photos. The place was spotless and stylish. Elias offered me full support as and when needed. Check in was easy and painless. Very happy. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit if available!

This stay exceeded our expectations in every possible way. The home was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and radiated warmth and comfort—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the luxurious bedding and soft, high-quality towels to the fully equipped kitchen and personalized local recommendations. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention has gone into creating a welcoming and seamless experience for guests. Our host, Paul, was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process effortless. A special thank you as well to Michel, who was always quick to assist whenever we needed anything during our stay. Your support was truly appreciated. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to explore. We’ve stayed with many hosts over the years, and this experience truly stands out as one of the best. By far one of the best stays, I've had in a while. Maya, I wish I could've stayed there a few more days and I'm sure that I will visit again sometime soon. I absolutely loved your cooking, I think I will bother you soon when I miss the beetroot sabji too much. I highly recommend this stay not only for the amazing house but also for the great conversations and food. This felt like a home away from home. For anyone thinking of booking this stay, I would say do it, I'm sure you will love it as I have. The room has all the expected amenities. I was provided with clean towels and slippers as I got there. You have access to a TV, Kitchen. Maya-ji pretty much told me that she will not only cook the meal but also get it to my hand. I have quite rarely encountered such hospitability.

Smita is an amazing host! So caring and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She left welcome goodies and a fridge with essentials for breakfast the next day. She was always quick to respond and so helpful with recommendations. We were here for Rimyi and the intensive at Gymkhana and the location worked out great, particularly as it was a short walk to Rimyi. Smita’s staff were also super helpful. It was also nice to have two rooms separated by a lot of space as my friend and I travelled together. We also each had our own bathroom. There are delicious fruit sellers and OM supermarket close by as well as Ishan Pure Veg restaurant which is actually very good. Thank you!!

Great space for a group or family of four people. The only thing I would change is the TV which is a bit small and for everyone to watch a movie together isn't ideal. The are it's really nice and there's two big markets around, VIVA and Lulu, which are walking distance. Also near enough to the beach as in literally 3min driving you arrive. And to be so close to the airport, surprisingly it is not noisy at all as I think in four days we heard not more than five or six planes. Overall definetly to recommend.

Everything was great, the location is 6min away from ADMG where I am heading. However, I wish if there is a free clean up if you book for more than 3 days. There was an issue with the kitchen sink and Pule fixed it immediately. Keep in mind, there is no pans for quick cooking.

The place was really neat, clean and homely. Even in the time of coronavirus, Sahil and Sachi were welcoming and ensured that we were comfortable. During our one week stay, that too in lockdown, we were able to manage things with ease, use kitchen as per our need and stay without any hassles. I recommend this place for both short term and long term stays.

Le logement est très bien situé à proximité de presque tout. Très reposant quand vous êtes dans le logement. Une vue incroyable, très propre. L’hôte a été très réactif et a résolu tout les petits soucis qu’on n’a plus avoir. Je recommande ce logement à n’importe quel voyageur pour un séjour agréable et calme vous allez adorer.

I felt very welcomed, though we just met for a brief moment Hilal was very friendly and sympathetic. To our surprise we were served breakfast. We felt well taken care of and would come back any time. A kind thank you 🙏🏼

The eleven of us had a lovely time at Simrans place. Dubey, the caretaker, was very proactive in getting things sorted and any request we had. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts cooked by the chef in the morning were delicious. The only slight improvement I would make is that it would be nice to have the bedding made once every few days/rooms gone over, but for the three nights we were there it wasn’t a big deal. The pool is amazing, even better than the pictures and the location is ideal, only a three minute walk from the beech. The rooms are all huge, and the showers work well. Wifi is good in certain areas so maybe the reach/strength could be improved, but we were there to get away from life so it didn’t matter so much. Overall great stay and if we every have a big group, we’ll be coming back for sure. Thank you for such a beautiful few days, you made it very hard to like anywhere else we stayed!

처음 Check in 부터 Check out 할때 까지 모두 만족했으며 특히 경치가 너무 이쁩니다. 86층에서 멋진경치 에서 맛있는 식사를 했고 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 다음에 또 방문하겠습니다. 감사합니다

I stayed at Pratibha Ji's place for 10 days with my 9 yr old daughter. I must say the stay was super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and felt like this is our home for the next 10 days. Thanks to Pratibha ji who is very supportive and helpful. She helped me a lot about getting a tiffin service and made sure we were comfortable. Sarda house is very clean, well maintained, safe, and is exactly as shown in the pictures.. The place has a very calm surroundings away from the city noise and chaos. It is a perfect choice for anyone who is looking for a peaceful, safe l, and homely stay. It will be my first choice whenever I travel to Vadodara next time.

They were very hospitable and gave great suggestions on what to do around, felt like home.

The Apartment/Airbnb Place is located at around 20 KM from Thivim Railway Station and takes about 30-45 Mins of travel time by Taxi/Auto/Cab. Pros -Llocation 1) Reputed Neighborhood, peaceful location and privacy. 2) 24X7 Electricity & Water . 3) Place with Round the Clock Security. 4) Most Importantly it is near to major beaches like Baga, Calangute, Anjuna .. Located at distance of 6-7 km from Candolim . Cons - Location 1) We being from Southern part of the country faced difficulty with availability of good food . 2) A Bike or Car needs to be rented , option for Taxi or Cab is non existant UBER/Ola Not available. Despite the above manageable difficulties it is a wonderful place to stay . Mrs. Ragini the host is also flexible with Check in, we had an early check-in which was made available on payment of a nominal amount which is otherwise not entertained else where . Overall an 8.5/10.

Hi , Highly recommend this place , those who wants to stay in north Goa . You will easily find good cafés, casino like big daddy etc.. , 5 min walk miramar beach , easily accessible Panjim local market and church.host (Priti) is very friendly host and always responds well. We feel like stay at home . And enjoyed our new year family vacation trip. House was neat and clean. If you are planning to stay with family I would recommend to Priti (host) place. As soon as we entered we felt at home from muskan theamager to clean house and society, pet friendly guards...everything was perfect. there is a nice road next to apartment where we walked with our dog. loved the place.

Shivani's place is all you need for a cozy, relaxing holidays. I think place looks better than a photos shared by Shivani. View from balcony is so pleasent and soothing for eyes. Apartment is airy and bright. All the amenties listed are present. Society is big and secured. Pool is small and need little maintenance but water is clean. Dedicated covered parking is big plus. Society is located in very good surroundings. Though candolim beach is 10 min drive away, you can visit Francoise beach which is just a kilometre away. I walked to beach daily. Shivani is very responsive and proactive. Very easy to communicate and flexible. I would definately recommend her place and I found it extremely suitable for long stays.
