La villa è realizzata esclusivamente in pietra, legno e vetro, su due livelli, ed è caratterizzata dalla presenza di un ettaro di parco, una grande terrazza panoramica vista mare, un solarium. Ha due entrate: una principale in Via Duomo 19 e una secondaria. E' vicina a ristoranti, mare, farmacie, bar e vita notturna.
