All'inizio della Val Ferret, nell'alpeggio di Chapy a quota 1450m, si trova questo charmant chalet in pietra e legno, in posizione tranquilla e soleggiata tra i pascoli al limitare di un bosco ai piedi delle montagne, circondato dai prati d'estate e dalla neve d'inverno. La baita può essere goduta per il fascino del suo panorama e per la sua tranquillità appartata tra i prati soleggiati, oppure come base per escursioni, a piedi in estate o con le racchette da neve o gli sci in inverno. 18th C Rascard in Gran Paradiso National Park

Original 18th C chalet, called "Rascard" locally, an authentic antique farm house, completely modernised and refurbished, preserving much of the original wooden structure and antique beams. Situated in small village Tignet, 1650m, part of the Gran Paradiso National Park, built on a spur with a wonderful view overlooking the Valsavarenche valley, the Savara river and mountain peaks and a waterfall on the left. The house balcony faces north with sun all day. Car parking space 50m from the chalet.

The property, a 19th century alpine chalet, has recently undergone a complete architectural restoration that aimed at combining tradition and contemporary elements. Attention to detail is a constant in every space, a true dream for architecture buffs. The property is subdivided in 3 independent units all with private entrances and services. Porzione indipendente in piccolo Chalet a 1.5 km dal centro di Courmayeur. Accesso a piedi da un sentiero lungo 200 mt, posizione meravigliosa ai margini del bosco con vista sul Monte Bianco, senza abitazioni nelle vicinanze. Piccolo ma accogliente, arredato artigianalmente in stile baita, sfruttando al meglio gli spazi. Riscaldamento autonomo. 1 letto matrimoniale + 1 divano letto per terzo ospite. (+ 20€ per lenzuola extra se due ospiti dormono in letti separati). Posto auto privato.
