The stunning destinations of Traverse City, Petoskey, and Torch Lake, are also a stones throw away or you can simply choose to sit by campfire light or walk in the 20 acres of woods sitting just outside the backdoor. Nestled firmly in the snow belt, when the leaves are gone and the white stuff starts hitting the ground you will find yourself in the literal definition of a snowmobilers paradise.

Rustic cabin originally built in 1951, less than a mile from Elk Rapids and 12 miles from downtown Traverse City! Boat launches and beaches in every direction. I want to reiterate the rustic aspect. The cabin is old. The tile is marked in places, the carpet weathered. The places has..character 😅 Please do keep that in mind when booking :)
