Amazing place located in the heart of Cap Cana Marina, just a few steps from restaurants, pool area, grocery store and many other amenities. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Sebastian was responsive and diligent.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Gerard's place for our honeymoon, and honestly, it was such a wonderful experience. The accommodation itself was fantastic, with a gorgeous view that just made everything even better. But what really made our stay special was Gerard’s attention to detail. He surprised us with a beautiful room decoration. And to top it off, there was a bottle of wine waiting for us. Gerard’s hospitality was amazing. He was so friendly, easygoing, and really went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. He even sent me lots of tips on events happening in Antigua while we were there, which made our time there even more fun and memorable. If you’re looking for a welcoming and thoughtful host who truly cares about making your stay special, Gerard is the one to go to. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon experience! We enjoyed our stay. The condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing ocean views. We would stay at any of Ignacio’s properties. He waa extremely helpful through the whole process .

This was our second time staying in the apartment while passing through Miami. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet, which a small park, grocery store, and many restaurants nearby. Maria is a wonderful host! She is a great communicator, provides clear instructions, and is incredibly helpful. She provides great recommendations on the local area and is very responsive.

Raymond & Nydia's place is EXCELLENT. Since the moment we opened the front door we felt at home. Everything was very clean. Raymomd and Nydia were very attentive to us, shared several suggestions for reataurants / sightseen spots / etc. We will definitelly visites them again. Clear instructions, several recommendations, etc are a touch we dis not seen in previous ABBs. This Air B&B facility is definitelly 100% recommended by us without any hesitation.

No words to describe all the good things. Highly recommend soha- 2 and definitely my Wife and Myself return in the near future.

Our stay was truly 10/10! The house was beautiful and exactly like the photos. Trinh was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was great, with plenty of nearby food spots. The pool made it the perfect beach getaway!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful stay, Naomi was a helpful host who responded quickly while also being flexible in order to make our stay great! Wonderful location as everything we wanted such as Duval street was in walking distance. The room itself was great! Hot tub was a nice bonus

We had an amazing stay at Anastasia's place! It was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The space had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like home from the moment I walked in. Anastasia was an excellent host, always available and eager to make sure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

This rental unit was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 4, with each kid having their own bed and bathroom. Just a block from the beach, it is close and convenient to everything. We have stayed in this building before because we love the building itself, and this was absolutely the best unit we have stayed in. The wraparound balcony offers gorgeous views and the interior was pristine. The hosts were communicative and so easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

This condo was super cute and clean. Stunning views of the ocean, sky and pool area. Gary was an amazing host! Gave us a warm welcome and kept checking in and provided excellent recommendations of where to eat. Definitely would consider renting again in the future.

This is what an air bnb should be. It’s clean, great mattress decent furniture, lots of towels and it was as pictured! Wish it had a better view but we knew this when we rented it. The area is great one block off the beach or one block the other way to the intercostal. The water taxi is a great way to sight see! Thanks again for letting us use your place.
