My family really enjoyed our stay at Eason’s house. The house was just as pictured and had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the pool so much. The neighborhood was peaceful and a quick drive to the historic district. Quick and easy check in. Highly recommend.

My family had a great stay in Vilano Beach. The house was exactly as pictured in the listing, quick walk to the beach and the pool was great. We enjoyed our time there.

Lili’s place is beautiful!! My mom and I had a wonderful time! Lili’s home made us feel like we were home. We had a chance to meet Lili and she is very sweet and kind. Thank you again for your hospitality!! We will be back!!

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Theresa’s lovely house. There was something for every age group to do. The yard was very private and yet you could walk to coffee shops and even to downtown. The pool was wonderful and the house was spacious. The host was very accommodating and even my dog felt welcomed! Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again.

My stay was amazing! Super close walking distance to the beach. The only bad thing I have to say is that we did see 2 cockroaches in the home during our stay, but I know it is the season. The shower heads were also a bit dirty with soap scum & the pressure of the water in the showers was horrible, but not bad enough to give anything less than 5 stars. When I needed Mya she quickly responded and she offered to have someone come out and spray because of the cockroaches.

I could not have asked for a better first experience with an Airbnb. In fact, the Coleman's set the bar so high, any place I stay after this will have some pretty big shoes to fill. (For reference, my sister stayed in a different Airbnb back in November and she had go out and by a simple toaster.) Everything from pen, paper, and scissors, an air pump for the pool floaties, a grill with propane tank, cleaning and cooking supplies, step ladder, extra blankets and pillows... It's like a home away from home. Needless to say, no nightmares here! lol The pool was perfect. The house has decorative notes/reminders all over the house so we never had to guess what to do. The neighborhood was so quiet. We live in Jacksonville, so we don't get to see too many stars. This location was the perfect blend of walmart-10-minutes-away, but also minimal-light-pollution and woke-up-to-birds-chirping-in-the-trees. My kids loved it and want to stay there again.

My family had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean and we really appreciated how well-stocked both the kitchen and bathrooms were. The beautiful pool was a highlight and the heater allowed us to enjoy swimming every single day. The location couldn't have been better. The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe and easily walkable to a great selection of restaurants. On top of all that, the house had a really comfortable and welcoming feel.

We visited the area for the attractions of St. Augustine but ended up hanging out at the house most of the time as it was a fantastic place to chill, relax, play pool, read, and decompress. You feel like you've stepped back in time to a quaint surf shack with a very cool chic vibe. The beach is minutes away, Publix minutes away, and the historic area of St. Augustine less than 10 minutes away by car. Highly recommend and we would definitely return. Thank you!

This place is beautiful 😍 thirty minutes to saint Augustine. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Large kitchen, lots of parking, plenty of beds. Fast wifi and area is super spacious.

Mike is a very nice man . I would like to stay there again . The area is excellent , very nice for exploring and bicycle riding .

Lipsy was a very helpful host! She was quick to assist with everything! The house is located less than 10min from Historic St Augustine so it’s perfect! We had a large group and it fit us perfectly. The 2 kitchens allowed us to store and prep all the food we needed. The backyard was great for kids and the open space allowed us to spread out! If we go back we would stay here 100%!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Jessica was super sweet and super friendly and make sure we had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will absolutely stay there again when we come back in town!

We thought the location, layout, and accommodations at ‘Bring the Whole Fam’ were great! Glenn and Kelly were highly communicative and ultimately flexible about checkout time, which we really appreciated. Guests be advised: there is no functional wagon to schlep your stuff to the beach, which -- with grandparents and small kids in tow -- was challenging. Nonetheless, we had a great stay and we'd be happy to stay there again!

PLEASE READ!! I know the repercussions negative ratings can do for business which is why I rated this 5 star but you should def read this review if traveling with a larger party. We booked this place because myself and another mom were bringing our sons and a few friends down for a concert at the amphitheater. We particularly liked the outdoor space for them. We saw the rule about 10pm being quiet hours and knew we’d be at the concert at 10pm but mainly wanted the outdoor space to enjoy for the afternoon hours after the beach and before leaving out for the concert. Not an hour into being there (6pm) we get a message from the host threatening to kick us out for noise. We had LIGHT music playing and just the voices of some playing ping pong. No one was partying/excessive noise. Point being it seems quiet hours are really for all hours. The rest of the trip we walked on eggshells wondering if we were too loud. Not recommended for large groups or groups with young adults looking to enjoy

Maravillosa estancia, nos sentimos tan bien como en casa, la ubicación perfecta cerca del Centro histórico y numerosos restaurantes. La casa muy acogedora, con amplios departamentos y una piscina fascinante, de las mejores que hemos disfrutado en otras reservaciones. En la casa no faltaron comodidades, la cocina muy amplia y con todos los utensilios necesarios. La limpieza fue excelente y todo estaba impecable. Nancy es una gran anfitrion y siempre estuvo pendiente de todo. Mi familia se sintió muy a gusto en la casa y en otra ocasión volveríamos a rentarnos.

We enjoyed our stay at Matt’s and Tasha place. Matt is a genuine great host. Matt made the whole process very smooth.and we felt right at home. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and pleasant place to stay, consider this place. The location was perfect. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and lots of walking trails to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay at Matt and Tasha place. Thank you for such a memorable stay! Look forward to staying again.

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Camilles Haus sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet - von 2 gut ausgestatteten Badezimmern, über Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Gasgrill, Strandhandtüchern und Gesellschaftsspielen war alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet und die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Da wir sehr schönes Wetter hatten, haben wir viel Zeit auf der Terrasse und im Pool verbracht. Dieser ist relativ kalt, das ist von unserer Seite das einzige Manko.

Erin’s spot was great! Would love to stay again, the kids & wifey had tons to do in the house and around the area while I was stuck working during the morning (which was at the amazing desk in the master bedroom)! It was hard keeping the kids out of the water! The beach at the end of the street had tons of shells for the kids to collect & we had just warm enough weather to swim every day & night lol I’m not sure where the toys kept coming from but there is quite a lot of choices for the smaller kids! The beach toys were amazing as well!!

Absolutely spotless accommodations! We loved this home and plan to return!

This is a very nice and clean home in s great location. We were within walking distance of the Castillo so we were able to leave the car parked and walk around all day. I will definitely stay here again.
