Hot tub with a great view was what we were looking for and that’s what we got! Melissa was an excellent host. Would definitely stay here again.

Richard went above and beyond to ensure that my family was comfortable and at home. He was highly communicative and responsive and the information provided before and during the stay was extremely helpful. I booked this home for family who visited the area during my wedding week and, as a local, can say that the house is in a prime location between parks and the river park system and a vibrant shopping and restaurant district. A fantastic stay in a well provisioned, unique space that is meant to be enjoyed!

Shannon’s place met our expectations. The price for our stay was more than reasonable. It’s such a quiet and calming space. Everything was super clean, and the neighbors were super friendly. Would 100% recommend it!

I've stayed at quite a few AirBnbs. Some have been ultra luxe, some have been bare minimum types where I couldn't wait to check out. Others, like Jennifer's, feel like my own house. This place is just so comfortable. It reminds me of what AirBnb is supposed to be: people opening up their homes for others so that a stay away from home still feels like home. My family and I loved staying here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to get to and my kids loved the pets, which were easy to care for. It was nice to have exercise equipment available and the fenced backyard and trampoline and playground were a big plus for my kids. Jennifer was a flexible host who made sure I had all the info available to me that I needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this stunning historic mansion in Richmond, VA for a long weekend wedding celebration, and it was nothing short of magical. Our group included the bridal party and parents. The home was the perfect backdrop for such a special occasion. The home is full of character and charm — perfectly blending vintage elegance with modern comfort. The spacious layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space, yet cozy enough for relaxing for friend/family time and wedding and bridal prep time, not to mention GORGEOUS photos.The weather even allowed us to enjoy quality poolside time) The host was incredibly attentive, responsive, and thoughtful. Kim and Paul literally responded within minutes (to even the silliest of questions) and were able to accomodate us arriving before check in time. I could go on and on and highly recommend this wonderful location for and friend/family getaway.

The Resort lived up to its name. My family enjoyed this home for an entire month. We did not want to leave! We plan to visit again. The host was fabulous and very accommodating. This was a total 5 plus star experience.

This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

Our little family has a great stay! The place was just as described, neighborhood and all. A couple notes if you are traveling with a toddler like we were: I definitely had some nervousness about HOW beautiful and well decorated the place was once we got there, because there are some really nice and very breakable things :-) I’m glad to say nothing got broken during our stay, but there was some very close eye-keeping around certain areas. The steps are a little steep for small or older legs, especially the top step, but again we were just a little careful and all went well. Ten out of ten overall and will definitely be back!!

Just wanted to say Chelsea was an amazing host. She answered my questions within minutes. It seemed like lol we had a great time and the place was well kept and well stocked. I would definitely use her place again.

Crystal’s house was everything we expected it to be, neat, clean and a little on the funky side. We were in town for a wedding and had our two children, their spouses and five grandchildren, all under 10. It was really nice to have a yard the kids could play in so they could burn off some energy. We would definitely recommend Crystal‘s house to friends.

Quiet surroundings and plenty of space for our family to stretch out. Ellen was quick to respond to all our questions.

The home was lovely but washing machine was broken and location didn’t feel the safest. We ended up in an air bnb 10 minutes away for half the cost and double the space with a working washer.

wonderful space we got to have meals in the back porch and play pool in the evening. such a fun get away spot.

I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness but mostly impressed with the communication with the host. Best air bnb experience I’ve ever had.

We lived here for a month while house hunting after PCSing to the area. It cost the same as staying in a hotel but with James we had an older, but well-maintained townhouse with a nice living room, two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, private laundry, and a fully functional eat in kitchen with extra amenities like a Keurig, an air fryer, a toaster, in addition to the normal fridge/freezer/oven/stovetop/microwave! The neighborhood was friendly and quiet, and James was always very responsive. The area lost power one of the days we were there and he got in touch with the power company to make sure they were aware and updated us about when the power was expected to return. A great and honest host!

We loved our stay, and Jonathan was the perfect host! He was communicative, offered excellent recommendations, and had all the little extras set for us. A little tray of wine, coffee with the fixings, a free appetizer at a local restaurant, and a snack basket were all available for us. The home was clean, and we loved catching a baseball game right across the street. Thank you so much! It was perfect!

Great home in Richmond. Loved being tucked away on a nice residential street while being so close to so much. Roseanne provides a lovely home for some peaceful R & R.

Mayra was extremely responsive and kind. it was a great place to stay while we fished at Osborne Park. Clean, the beds were comfortable.

The home was exactly as pictured, clean , and comfortable. The hosts were accommodating. We booked less than a week before we needed it and they treated us as if we’d been planning for months. The neighborhood was quite and the back deck was great to get some alone time away from the other guests.

Great Deal for anyone looking for a spacious and quiet spot only a mere 20 minutes from downtown Richmond! Highly recommend.

The Vinca House was great! Definitely a top tier property and I highly recommend this beautiful house to anyone staying in the area. Joan was a great host and made it very enjoyable for our time visiting Farmville. When you stay at the Vinca House, plan to have everything you need with no corners cut for guests. We really felt at home with our stay!

This is a great house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. There's tons of yard space, and honestly, the house is even prettier in person than it looks in the photos. It's large, open, and very homey... it has that comforting "grandmother's house" feel, but in a really charming way, not old or outdated. Definitely not your plain, cookie-cutter hotel vibe! Everything was very clean, but the place still had so much character. I also really appreciated the focus on restoring original features rather than replacing everything as it added a lot of warmth and uniqueness. Also, the water filter at the sink was a huge bonus and saved me money on bottled water. Highly recommend!

The home was everything we needed as a family before leaving our son at AIT. You know it’s a perfect home when the house is filled with love and laughter during your stay. Katie was so kind, responsive, and had fabulous recommendations for food, treats, and some adventure with the kids. The home had everything we needed for our stay and more; it was simply incredible and homey. We are so grateful for our time spent in their home and plan to return soon.
