This quaint farmhouse is located in Alvaton, KY sits on one acre surrounded by 50+ acres of quiet countryside. It is just a short 10 minute drive from I-65 and for those passing through just an hour north of Nashville. We are about 20 minutes from WKU, 30 minutes from Barren River Lake, and about 45 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park. Amazing two-story house nestled high up in the trees. A true treehouse! This treehouse sits amongst a forest of poplar trees and feels very secluded and private. It has spectacular views of Kentucky’s rolling hills as it looks out across the valley. This treehouse was hand built and handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

The corvette museum, beech bend park, WKU, shopping, restaurants, mammoth cave national Park, Nolan lake, cave city, and Kentucky down under are only a short drive away from the farm! Unique features include: a fire-pit, a barn that can house horses, and a front porch that provides a perfect view of the sunset daily!

We are just 10 minutes from Bowling Green and less than 30 minutes from the corvette Museum, historic downtown Bg, and lost river cave.

Family farm with open space to enjoy picnics, campfires, activities and 200 acres of woods easily accessible for walks or hikes and a mini cave that children and adults can explore and a stream for fishing/wading and swimming. *For larger groups, we own another BnB, within walking distance, that sleeps 11 guests and may access to all the same activities; fire pit, farm animals and free range chickens add a rural flavor that appeals to adults and children alike. NO PETS and NO SMOKING.
