Overall this home is exactly as described. Very large with plenty of space for all 10 of us. The two palm trees in the front yard on either side of the driveway have been taken out which isn’t a huge deal except I was hoping to hang a banner between them which didn’t happen. The yard plants need some trimming and the front deck has a damaged board or two, but the inside of the house was very nicely done. All of the furniture was in great shape and very sturdy, durable, and comfortable! The pool was nice but a bit too chilly for us to enjoy when we were there. The screen on the pool enclosure needs to be replaced due to storm damage but we were informed of that prior to our visit and it didn’t make a difference in the pool area or our enjoyment of it. Having two staircases to the upstairs bedrooms was very nice and convenient. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it was very convenient to Kroger and Starbuck’s. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

Candice was extremely accommodating and helpful whilst we were transitioning to move back to Brunswick. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay! I can’t thank her enough for her hospitality and for being so helpful ❤️

Great place and location. Older home with a spacious layout and great outdoor area. Beach access is super easy. There was construction ongoing around us, but it wasn't bad at all, mostly finishing work so no nail guns or anything. They also provided tons of beach gear. Just over a ten minute walk to the pier. We definitely will stay there again

Stayed for a week at this property and it was everything we dreamed of and wished for. The weather was fantastic which had us poolside almost every day. Savannah was an easy drive as was Tybee Island. Close to base so if you have a loved one at Ft Stewart, it’s very convenient. We would stay here again, hands down!

Great house with privacy fence in backyard, clean, and very nice pool. Host was very responsive to a couple of last minute questions and it suited our needs perfectly for a family wedding weekend. We were very pleased with our stay.

Our stay was fabulous! Fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to great local restaurants. Michaels home had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and he was super responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay in SSI! The house was perfect for our family. My kids didn’t want to leave! This house is in the best location. Lots of walkable restaurants! Beach is very close as well. We rented a golf cart and drove to the beach everyday. One of our favorite beach spots for far! We will be back. Highly recommend!

I travel for work and stay in Airbnb‘s in a lot of different places. Jon has been far the best host that I’ve ever had the office staff with the friendliest people you could hope to meet. We had a great stay at this charming and cozy place. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Nice, peaceful neighborhood. We loved the square parks that were close to the place. We also felt we were close to a lot of attractions in Savannah, so we didn't need to drive into the city to do anything. We mostly walked all over the place: 15- 20 mins stroll, and we were where we wanted to be (City Market was about a 20 min walk, Forsyth Park was 15 mins). Parking was easy at the house as well - just need to mind street cleaning days.

John was an excellent host. My family and I felt right at home. Would recommend.

Great stay and nice three bedroom home. Liked that the shower and toilet are private to the double sinks, since it only has one bathroom. Walking distance to park, which was great for the kiddos. Stacy was responsive and accommodating. This was our second stay in the home and would stay again.

This really is the perfect Airbnb. The house is beautiful and in excellent condition. The location is great. You can walk everywhere you would want to be as a tourist but are not in the thick of the crowded areas. Communication with the host was easy. We could not have been happier with our stay.

We absolutely loved the house , it was beautiful,inviting , felt like I was home . We will definitely book again next time we plan a trip. Great location for us!

The house was great for our group of 5. The location is perfect, right off Forsyth Park, and a bit removed from the hustle and bustle near the river. Very easy to check in and out with the door code.

We stayed at this property evacuating during hurricane Milton. Kathy was very empathetic, responsive, and kind enough to let us check in early. The property was nice and clean, very quiet and great neighbors. Would happily stay here again whenever I come back to the island!
