This top floor condo also has a beautiful mountain views and features complimentary underground parking and in suite laundry. Relax by the indoor fireplace and sink into the communal hot tub which is down the hallway on the same floor! This condo was fully renovated in 2019! Recently renovated, this 1 bed + 1 sofa bed + 1 bath unit features SS appliances, in suite laundry, fireplace, stone countertops, updated flooring and a great patio area. As part of the Marketplace Lodge you get access to a hot tub, bike storage/wash station, and secure underground parking. Full unit access. We are happy to help with any advice or queries you might have during your stay. The condo is in a great Whistler Village location with exceptional dining and designer shopping right outside the door. Location, location, location. 50 steps to Blackcomb Quad Express or 2 minute walk over the picturesque covered wooden walking bridge to the Village, Fitzsimmons Chair and both Blackcomb Excalibur and Whistler Gondolas - no vehicle needed here! Underground parking for one vehicle which must be less than 6 foot 3. If you have a 2nd vehicle or an overheight vehicle please enquire about outside parking pass. Pets are conditionally accepted - inquire before booking and pet fee may apply.

This cozy, recently renovated contemporary townhouse in the Woods brings you all the amenities of home, while offering proximity to Lost Lake (a 5 minute walk) and ski-in access to the complex across the street. A three minute walk has you home. Ski out is via a free shuttle bus that runs every 10-15 minutes and stops in front of the complex. We also have free high speed WiFi, a full kitchen, and in-suite laundry. The front door opens onto a forest, and a short walk to the valley trail.

Ideal for a couple. ** The roof of this building is getting replaced at some point in Aug/Sep 2025. This unit is on the 2nd floor of 3 floors. There will be noise and construction workers during this time. The nightly price reflects this disturbance.
