The River House

Come relax in our beautiful riverfront home conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown Warren. We have created a private two-story, two bedroom retreat within the main home, separate entrance and amenities included. Take in the beautiful views of 2024's River of the Year & The Allegheny National Forest while enjoying your morning cup of coffee on our private dock. Hop on a bike or take a scenic stroll along the river and finish the evening cozied up by the fire under the night sky.

The Allegheny A-Frame

An Aframe in the woods off the Allegheny, built for people who want to slow down. Spotless, romantic, and well stocked, this has become one of Pennsylvania's most loved getaways for anniversaries, honeymoons, or just a weekend with nothing on the calendar. Hike the Allegheny National Forest trails, paddle the river, hit the firepit at night, or just play cornhole and Yardzee in the yard. Cozy fireplace, hammock chairs on the loft balcony, AC for summer. Golf and horseback riding nearby too.

Luxurious modern cabin on 16 acres near Penn State

Welcome to Devils Elbow Cabin, our newly built mountaintop cabin in the woods! The cabin is located only 20 miles from Penn State University, making it the ideal place to stay while attending events at University Park. Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. Firewood (for the firepit) is included.

Riverbend Cabin~ Allegheny Island Wilderness Area

Located at the end of a quiet lane, with a stunning view of the Allegheny River, our riverfront cabin is the perfect getaway to relax with family and friends. Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!

Timberdoodle Lodge: Grammy's Cottage

Grammy's Cottage at Timberdoodle Lodge is on a quiet road in the heart of Trail Central in the Allegheny National Forest. Your cabin is near many of the best hiking and biking trails and fishing spots the Allegheny National Forest has to offer. A few miles away you can visit Pine Acres Golf Club, Jake's Rock, Morrison's Trail, Rimrock, Kinzua Bridge State Park and Kinzua Reservoir. Visit the Zippo Museum in Bradford; Holiday Valley Ski Resort in Ellicottville, NY; and much much more.

THE EDDY

Nestled in the Allegheny National Forest along the Allegheny River. A cozy home with nearby fishing, hunting, historical landmarks, cross country, skiing, hiking, biking, antique shops, boating, and kayaking/ canoeing. Moments away from adventures nearby including the Kinzua Dam where the Alleghany River is poured from. Peaceful & quiet for relaxation. 😊Pets are permitted an additional cleaning fee is charged. “Must” notify us if planning on having a pet with you on your visit .

Kick back and relax in our peaceful, cozy space. We have a wooded area that surrounds the back and side of the house. Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Don't leave without experiencing the beautiful Allegheny National Forest that surrounds us in Warren County! Summer is so lush and green, with many outdoor activities! We hope to see you!☀️🌿

Welcome to Skyline Serenity, where heaven meets earth. This brand-new cabin was constructed on the side of Heartwood Mountain, overlooking the Pennsylvania forests for miles and miles. Creekside cottage

Welcome to our Creekside Cottage! I have called this place home for most of my life, playing in the back yard, waving at the steady stream of kayakers or going creeking and exploring the islands. Nowadays, I still adventure out with my kids but you'll also find me kicking back and enjoying the sights from the big picture window or out on the back deck watching the sunset. The Lost Woods Cabin is a newly constructed timberframed gem located in the heart of the Allegheny National Forest. This secluded, majestic cabin sits on 25 private acres that are bordered by the Allegheny National Forest and is only ten minutes away from three different boat launches on the 50-mile-long Kinzua Reservoir.
