Локацията е превъзходна , на пешеходно разстояние от центъра , плажните заведения , южния плаж и лунапарка .Имахме осигурено парко-масто за нашия автомобил , което ни даде още едно спокойствие .Кварталът е много тих и спокоен. Павел е много отзивчив домакин и с него комуникацията е супер лесна . Бихме отсядали всеки път в този апартамент ,когато сме във Варна . Препоръчвам с две ръце .

Un excellent choix si vous allez à Varna. la decoration est originale, l appartement est très proche du magnifique parc qui rejouira petits et grands et vous serez à 10 bonnes minutes de la mer. en semakne, vous trouverez une boulangerie de qualité à 5 bonnes minutes de la. Enfin, Preslava fera tout pour faciliter votre sejour :)

Very comfortable apartment, fantastic hosts. Loved coming home to a spotless apartment every night after spending the day at the beach and all we needed close by like laundromat and grocery. Would stay here again absolutely!

One of the nicest places on the resort, garden view of the 9th hole and amazing view of the sunrise. This place felt like home for the 3 nights we were there. Nikolay is a great example of how a host should be on Airbnb. We will be back!!

During our Easter mini holiday, Mike's place was the perfect spot for us. Situated in a green quiet area, only the birds you could hear around :) Pretty close to Kavarna, Balchik, Bolata Bay and other beautiful sourroundings, Mike's place is very privat, quiet, green, friendly & very well equiped - exactly what we were looking for when we run away from the city :) Mike is a great host, he gave us all the support we needed from arrival till guidance. The communication was great all the time, very responsive. We especialy loved spending the time in the garden : lovely during the spring. Totally recommended ! Thank you, Mike !

Eine super Wohnung mit einem tollen Tisch für viele Leute. Sie ist gemütlich und ruhig gelegen, die Nachbarn sind nett. Der Pool hat sogar einen Whirlpool. Man kann mit dem Mietwagen alles schnell erreichen. Ein gut gelungener Urlaub!

Absolutely amazing! it is a shame you cant give 6 stars because it is worth it! A luxurious villa in a quiet village with all details thought through. Super friendly hosts and very accomodating. An absolute gem on Airbnb!

Maria’s villa was as in the description. It was spacious and clean. Maria and Steve were very responsive to our questions, for example how to work the cooker hood! They provided a lovely welcome bundle so that we didn’t need to rush out to the shops. The pool was great and larger than we expected. There is a good local shop a short walk away and two local places to eat. The place next door to the shop was fine ( the duck was good) but even better was the restaurant / pizza place that you get to walking 5 minutes further along the road from the shop and crossing the main road. ( recommend the fish soup there). There is a sandy beach, but we only went down there once, there are 197 steps down and then up again! We preferred the pool. We would love to return to Maria’s villa one day!

Чудесно място за престой. Много тихо, уютно и уединено, а терасата е огромна с прекрасна гледка, което създава усещане и за простор. Оборудвано е с всичко нужно за нормално ежедневие. Локацията е супер, наоколо има всичко необходимо, а при нужда е на няколко минути от две спирки, чрез които може да се стигне до всяка точка на града. Моят престой беше извън летния сезон и бях приятно изненадана че температурата беше супер и не е студено. Паркирането наоколо е сравнително лесно, а ако сте с по малка кола може да се паркира и в двора, но за мен това беше трудно тъй като изисква маневри, а не съм добър шофьор. Тео е много гостоприемен, обеснява подробно всичко, проактивен е и се интересува постоянно дали всичко е наред и реагира своевременно на всяка молба. Препоръчвам.

Мястото е тихо и спокойно! Престоя ми беше много приятен. Най-важното за мен беше възможността за намиране на паркомясто и макар вечерно време да е по-трудно, паркомясто съм намирал за не повече от 2 - 3 минути време.

Appartement très bien placé , à côté des thermes romains et de la plage. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants ). Lit de la chambre est très grand. Le canapé lit convient à 1 adulte ou 2 enfants mais pas à 2 adultes. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Il y a plein de commerces dans la rue (dont une super boulangerie). Excellente communication avec notre hôte. Plamena nous a proposé un parking privé chez une dame (qui parle Français) à 300 m de l’appartement, c’était très pratique et cela nous a permis de laisser la voiture sereinement. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Nous le recommandons.

Es ist eine schöne saubere Anlage.Gut zu erreichen. Da wir ein Auto gemietet hatten, waren alle Bereiche gut zu erreichen. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Sehr nette zuvorkommende Vermieter.Auch behilflich in allen Fragen.
