Дом просто невероятный! мы отмечали новый год большой компанией, отлично провели время) дом большой, в нем есть вообще все необходимое, очень уютно

Жилье очень близко к морю. Удобный, современный, красивый дом. Останавливались 3 пары (у каждого был своя спальня) + мы были с собакой (корги). На территории был свой бассейн! Очень удобно и классно.

Irina and Sergey are excellent hosts who make you feel especially welcome. We really enjoyed our stay with you. The food is especially delicious and the house has all the necessary amenities and beyond that, we highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

George was very friendly and responsive to all our needs and questions. The house is just steps always from the shore. We really liked its quite location between trees and an opportunity to wake up listening the see waives. The house is well equipped and clean. The beach with magnetic sand is a really an attraction. George proactively provided us all local contacts including a caregiver, cleaning and other services.

Хороший дом с минималистичным и стильным ремонтом. Особенно понравилась кухонная зона. Все, как на фотографиях. Есть все необходимое для приготовления еды, а также: стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина. Мангальная зона и зона отдыха на улице - тоже есть. Шампура и решетку не нужно везти с собой. Преимущество этого дома: две спальни со своими санузлами и отдельными выходами на улицу, очень удобно. Мы были в конце сентября, пляж малолюдный, море не глубокое, но потрясающее. Прекрасное расположение, не первая линия, но из дома даже слышно море, идти 1 минуту, очень близко. Кстати, рядом есть небольшой магазин Nikora, самое необходимое можно приобрести там. Идти минут 8. Нам все понравилось, точно рекомендуем)

This cabin is in the MOST idilic mountain range. You will feel like you are in total privacy with views to die for. The cabin is clean, cosy and much bigger than I expected. I had a bit of trouble finding it which was not the fault of the host and my car got a bit stuck on a muddy road. The owners came and got my car out and made sure we were very comfortable and ok. We had breakfast with up at the farm which is offered by the hosts parents. Honestly it was one of the best meals I have ever had!!!!! Such beautiful fresh food. Generous and friendly family who made us feel right at home. We love it here!!!

Just perfect. This is one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve experienced in Georgia. The location is simply stunning—unlike the noisy beaches of Batumi, here you find peace, cleanliness, beautiful black sand, and pine trees. We visited during peak season, yet it wasn’t crowded, which felt like an incredible stroke of luck. The house itself exceeded all expectations, with every detail carefully considered—linen curtains, wooden furniture, and eco-friendly bedding. You can see the love and hospitality in every corner. It’s one of the coziest homes I’ve ever stayed in—spacious, stylish, and incredibly welcoming. Valentina, the host, is amazing. On the second day, she served us delicious coffee, and we had a wonderful chat. She’s such a delightful person. Next time I go to the sea, I’ll definitely be staying here again!
