House on Lake Flower close to Downtown. Close to the Ice Palace (Winter), Farmers Market (Summer/Fall), Rail Trail right near by (year round). Guests have access to the downstairs of the house. The upstairs is vacant (closed off). Picture windows offer views of Lake Flower, the mountains and downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, views, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.

The rustic barn has open floor plans upstairs and down; odorless, waterless composting toilet; separate shower room; patio w/ fire-pit, and wood-fired stove. Upstairs, the communal sleeping space has queen and twin beds suitable for a family or CLOSE friends. 7 minutes from downtown. Well-equipped kitchen, yet no dishwasher. Private trail leads to a secluded, woodland lean-to and crosses onto state land. The trail continues informally and summits Little Seymour with great views. Permit #200059

A renovated 1880’s farmhouse with all the modern amenities yet keeping the charm. It is between Lake Placid (5 miles) and Saranac Lake (4.5 miles) in North Elba’s tiny hamlet of Ray Brook. It has a completely fenced in yard with lots of room to play and a large back deck to watch it all happen. *We allow 2 small or 1 medium well behaved, fully vaccinated, house trained dog.s. There are endless things to do in the area-fishing, skiing, hiking, multiple museums, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, kayaking and canoeing to start your getaway!

A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
