A renovated 1880’s farmhouse with all the modern amenities yet keeping the charm. It is between Lake Placid (5 miles) and Saranac Lake (4.5 miles) in North Elba’s tiny hamlet of Ray Brook. It has a completely fenced in yard with lots of room to play and a large back deck to watch it all happen. *We allow 2 small or 1 medium well behaved, fully vaccinated, house trained dog.s. Lake George and Saratoga are both very close by. Our home is sure to impress with plenty of room. Rain or shine you can enjoy the waterfront on either of the enclosed porches. Enjoy the sunrise while never leaving your master suite. Beautiful indoor fireplace to warm up to on a chilly day. We have two kayaks you are welcome to enjoy.

This tiny, off-grid cabin is situated on a peaceful, beautiful spot at a small, working livestock farm in the eastern Adirondacks. Your view looks west to Whiteface mountain etc. Enjoy the hum of nature from the porch that overlooks our pastures, and indulge in the small, traditional sauna and hot/cold outdoor shower that accompany your cabin. AuSable Brewery is just across the road, and Lake Champlain is just 1 mile away. Excellent local cycling, paddling, hiking, & boating abound.

Juniper Hill cabin is a new construction two bedroom/one bathroom home situated in Wilmington, NY. This cabin sits in the heart of the Adirondack mountains and is minutes to outdoor adventure of all kinds! Only five minutes to Whiteface Mountain and less than 15 minutes to downtown Lake Placid, the convenience of the location is key for both outdoor enthusiasts and those looking to just getaway and relax in nature. The Ausable River and Lake Everest are both within walking distance.

The Shepherd's Crook at Blue Pepper Farm

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Enjoy the coziness of the Crook between forays into our north country wilderness! What you will find: adventure, peace, quiet, woodstove, candles, down blanket, fire pit, privacy, composting outhouse, firewood for sale. **Please note there is NO electricity and NO running water. Akin to glamping!

Labor of love, as we tried to preserve all the original features of this house. 2 bedrooms, can sleep 2 guests comfortably. 1 bathroom, small kitchen, with propane stove, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. In a small, and quiet town of Bloomingdale, NY. 10 min from Saranac Lake NY, 20 min from Lake Placid, NY. Our studio is not a luxury accommodation, but more of a country farmhouse.
