A queen , king single and more singles. Gas heating and air conditioning, is completely self contained with all you need for a break away. Plenty of parking, 10 min walk into town.

The one-bedroom cottage situated in an organic vineyard in the picturesque Hotham Valley, a short 90 minute drive south-east of the Perth CBD. The charming rustic cottages each sleep two guests and have a large modern en-suite, contemporary kitchen, comfortable dining and living area. The front veranda looks out over the ever-changing panorama of the Hotham Valley. The school house is a perfect escape ,it’s clean, private and unless required totally isolated. It is embedded in our back yard built to be an art studio /gallery, then music bedroom studio, for musical children. Now a much loved historic Narrogin school house, to share and enjoy by others. It has a comfortable antique queen iron bed ,(with single trundle bed) gorgeous old world decor/art and a mini Kitchenett for basic cooking needs.(see photo descriptions) The private shower, toilet and laundry facilities are a short walk to the back of our home. With use of a large back patio. We are only a text or knock on the door if you were to need us.

Boddington Retreat is the ideal home for a weekend or for a whole week for work. It is self contained and is centrally located in the middle of Boddington and has free WIFI.It has two air conditioners and a wood stove in the middle of the house. It is your ideal getaway. Located only 800 metres from Hotham River so you can go for a great walk. There is a cafe is only 50 metres up the road which is ideal for breakfast or a coffee. We only rent out the whole house not individual rooms.

My place is a neat and tidy new 2 bedroom fully self contained house set on a semi rural block with heaps of parking and a secure lockable yard. Only minutes from town in a very quiet street, country lifestyle at its best. There are however 3 steps up to get into the Cottage at the front back and dining room doors. The Cottage is a 2 bedroom transportable but is well equipped for your stay. There are nmo front or rear verandah but we hope to install some in the future.

The town of Boddington is 1.5 hours drive south from Perth with half the surrounding shire covered in state forest, it sits on the road from Pinjarra to Williams on the banks of the picturesque Hotham River surrounded by undulating hills. Boddington is an ideal location for a day trip or a pleasant overnight stay, close to Dwellingup and only an hour from Mandurah. Our house is set on 8000m2 just a minute from town.

The $100 is for 1 bedroom for all 3 bedrooms(the entire house to your self for a group is $200) It’s a brick and iron 100 year old house. All furnishings are suited to the historic cottage style. With clean mattresses and quality sheets and bedding. The house is all yours unless other guests are there in one of the other rooms.
