Bury St Edmunds (BSE) is a wonderful town with beautiful Abbey gardens. Plenty of history, eateries, and shops. One of the best markets around on Wednesdays and Fridays .........not to be missed!

Approx 30 minutes drive and well worth a visit. The abbey gardens are a must. Historical place with great shopping and a variety of places to eat

18 miles away a pleasant small city. Find the smallest pub in Britain The Nutshell. Saturday Market with good food stalls. Visit the cathedral and free gardens next door. Fantastic restaurant Maison Bleue half price almost at lunchtime.
