Local restaurant - bar-like in atmosphere, but not as much as Decoy. Food is pretty good.

I'd call it a lumberjack / longshoreman dive bar. Nevertheless, the plaid flannel clad crowd knows how to eat, and Lighthouse's fried chicken is rumored to be the best in Portland.
